The food was OK. I guess I just expected more from an Eataly location in Piemonte. The Fassone meat was bland. The menu was limited. The prices were fine, especially considering the location.

The place is very nice and the waitresses are friendly, but the service isn't very good. There are no gluten-free or lactose-free options here—only two, if I'm not mistaken. The octopus I ordered was cold the first time it arrived. And the second time, too, but I didn't ask again. The taste wasn't good. I don't think I'll ever eat at Eataly again.

I had the carbonara option with the mini rigatoni, along with a mixed salad. It was a wow! Usually I avoid this dish for fear of it being too much, but here it seemed right. And it was! The service was fantastic too. It was a great idea to book ahead! A crowd lined up outside the entrance for a table.

20/12/2025: New top management... Shabby is great, smiling, professional, and especially for restoring the wood-fired oven!! Great... tonight is the time!
13/12/2025: The new management is significantly superior to the previous one. The owner is very kind and friendly, and the pizzas are truly delicious. He's friendly with all his customers and makes them feel truly at home. Highly recommended!
