The significant customer traffic must have made the staff forget that they're not on an assembly line but dealing with paying customers. Attention and courtesy definitely need to be reconsidered! Quality and location remain the key selling points.

The coffee tasted really good, not burnt at all. I loved the atmosphere the only problem was that there was no AC and it was hot inside:) Everything else TOP💖

Plain coffe. Not even steaming the milk smooth. Pastry nothing spesial. If they dont want you ta have small servings they should not sell it. Dirty bathrooms without soap and towles. Not a third wave place.

The bar has a nice location and a nice atmosphere, but there were some broken chairs. The staff was very friendly. The croissant wasn't very good, probably from the day before, and the juice was very expensive.

22/07/2026: I have been going to Gerla for years and I was used to the professionalism of the staff, however the new staff seems to be more focused on their cell phones and talking to each other rather than paying attention to the customer.
06/06/2026: A historic bar in Turin, with a very elegant interior. I always recommend going up to the second-floor room. (It's closed this summer due to air conditioning problems.) The staff is very helpful, but the selection is limited. Very expensive considering the area.

26/07/2026: Nicely decorated but not air-conditioned, the outdoor seating is nice, the staff is pleasant, the tables are very small for three people, the "artisanal chicken cutlet" as per the menu was anything but artisanal, definitely avoidable, the Roman focaccia was good with good toppings, but by the waiter's admission, the pre-cooked frozen dough, very expensive for what you get. It's not a place I'd go back to eat at.
25/05/2026: We were there on Saturday evening with 6 people, excellent organisation, the manager was super professional and friendly, the food was excellent but what struck me was the team, we will definitely be back!!!
