06/12/2025: We met up for lunch after many years at this family-run restaurant. We found the place pleasantly renovated, the dishes carefully prepared and excellent, in keeping with local tradition. Don't miss the ravioli al plin with roast gravy, and finish on a sweet note with a delicious bunet and hazelnut cake!

05/05/2026: Excellent experience in Carrù at the Palazzo di Mezzo hotel and restaurant, in a great location. Spacious room with excellent ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, no noise. Thanks to the room facing the interior, breakfast was served at reasonable times. Helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet during the May Day long weekend. The location is about 35 km from Cuneo and 80 km from Turin. Nearby is a park with a large bench.

14/09/2025: Five stars to the lady in the dining room, the restaurant's true highlight, who was already in Barge a few years ago. In the kitchen, the chef's excellent potential struggles to fully express itself. It seems like he's lacking some of his former enthusiasm. Unfortunately, the bill always soars. For a dinner for two (average in terms of number and quality of dishes), I expected a bill of no more than €100. What a shame. It's been like this for a while now. We'll give it another try.

12/12/2025: We were at the Fiera del Bue grasso in Carrù and stopped here for lunch. We ate good, easy-to-digest traditional cuisine, including the typical boiled meat, accompanied by white and red wines. The place was clean and the staff was quick. Price: €40.

05/06/2026: We booked this bistro at the last minute because the restaurants we frequent were full. The location is pleasant, but I have a lot to say about the food. Not so much about the quality, but about the quantity. The Fasso tartare steak weighed in at 60g, while the tagliata steak was barely 100g. It's true that the tagliata steak costs €20, but for a portion that would have cost €1.50-€2.00... you charge a little more, but you give a little more.

22/10/2025: Great experience at Pizzeria Galot! We went here for Oktoberfest: the atmosphere was cheerful and refined, with themed costumes that made the evening even more fun. There was live music (though we left early and missed it), the staff was really friendly and helpful, the service was fast, and the prices were fair. A perfect place for a casual and enjoyable evening. Highly recommended!
