If you're looking for a place where quality meets a truly welcoming atmosphere, Il Drago e la Fata is a must-visit in Fossano. Here's why it won me over: The Pizza: The dough is light and crispy just right. I tried the version with prosciutto and fresh arugula (you can see from the photo how generous they are with the ingredients!) and it was delicious. The Beer: For lovers of Bavarian beers, the König Ludwig Dunkel on tap is a guarantee. Served perfectly, with its lingering head and malty aftertaste that pairs perfectly with the bold flavors. The Atmosphere: The place has a unique identity. It's the ideal place for both a quiet evening and a more "nerdy" or imaginative dinner (even my daughter's stuffed cat felt right at home!). The Service: Friendly staff and reasonable wait times, even when the place was full. Tip: If you want to unwind and enjoy an evening out of the ordinary, surrounded by legends and delicious flavors, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu.

30/12/2025: I've returned to this place and I have to compliment the kitchen and staff. The pizza is super easy to digest, the fried seafood is impeccable, and the staff is kind and attentive. We'll be back, well done!
22/12/2025: There were 30 of us, and they served us excellently. The place was lovely and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful with their suggestions. The pizza was very good. I had the fior di latte gelato with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and chopped pistachios. It was really good. Of course, you have to like the sweet/salty contrast, but it surprised me, in a positive way. Definitely worth repeating.

Ristorante Cinese Nin Hao

03/07/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for as long as I can remember and it's always been impeccable, the best Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at, in fact if I have to go to a Chinese restaurant I only go there, because it's the best, it's incomparable.
