06/03/2026: We had two full menus paid for... we didn't eat two courses and still had to pay €18 (the person who charged us "didn't consider the menus but made us pay for the dishes à la carte"—even though they were exactly those on the menu). Ratings are based on how unfairly we were treated.

01/06/2026: The setting is evocative, very unique, beautiful, truly moving. Unfortunately, upon entering, an intense, spicy aroma made me nauseous, but that's due to my personal taste, so I don't rate it. We booked based on the emotional response to positive reviews, and it was a huge mistake. First of all, the portions were small, with little choice, and three set menus; but I would have adapted if the food hadn't been so salty, starting with the appetizer—a Russian salad with giant chunks of potatoes, a wild boar so stringy and tough it really tested my teeth, and baked potatoes so salty and spicy I had to leave them on my plate. Then I hoped for dessert, but the apple pie only had apples in the name. I'm so sorry for such a beautiful place with such poor cuisine. But unfortunately, there's no end to the worst. We didn't make a fuss; it's not our habit. We ordered coffee. The owner said, "I'll bring you the coffee right away, so if you'd be so kind as to leave the table free," but we hadn't been told beforehand that we had to eat and clear the table because there were shifts. Anyway, we won't be back; a packed sandwich would be better. After all, when there's so little passion for what you do, you cook like this, and everything is focused on the fact that these are people passing through, you make the quantity and you still make money. I'm truly sorry, a huge disappointment.

03/05/2026: I decided to review this place because in 25 years of working in bars, I've never had an unpleasant experience like this. I'll tell you about it. Friday evening, we went for an aperitif (six friends). The waitress (she was very kind and knowledgeable) recommended a bottle of prosecco, stating that each bottle came with appetizers for four people, but they were plentiful (total €25). When she brought the drinks, we were pleased to note that she was right. SO WE DECIDED TO BUY ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS ROUND, ADDING A PINSA recommended by the owner (€8). This time, upon delivery, we were in for a bitter surprise: the appetizers, like the first bottle, were missing. WHEN WE REQUESTED AN EXPLANATION, THE OWNER (COWARD) SENDS THE WAITRESS (who couldn't stand it) SAYING THAT HE DEMANDS 2 EUROS MORE PER PERSON. We paid a whopping 58 EUROS. OFFENDED, WE LEAVE THE TABLE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF NEVER RETURNING AGAIN..... be careful guys. RENE.

17/04/2026: When you want to charge for an aperitif with a platter and on top there are two pieces of focaccia, two pieces of pizza, and fries, they should at least tell you in advance. First and last time.

27/11/2025: It's not a gourmet pizzeria, they don't make gourmet pizza, that's exactly why I give it 5 stars. I finally found a place that makes a regular pizza, like the ones I ate as a kid in old-school pizzerias. The crust is soft but doesn't take up half the pizza. The 4-cheese version has tons of cheese, especially Gorgonzola. I had onion added, and they probably had half a whole onion. Sure, €9 for the 4-cheese version and €10 for the one with onion isn't cheap for a takeout pizza in Montà, but it's still worth it a thousand times over compared to the gourmet junk with 20 grams of cheese and a crust that takes up half the pizza. I'll be back and I can't wait. The owner is also very kind.

16/10/2025: Amazing pizza at a great price. Perfect for a hotel room, especially in Monta where everything is closed on Sunday evenings. It's a shame it's so far away; I'd be there every week… 😋

04/06/2026: For the past 14 years, whenever we arrive in Italy for a stay, we've eaten at a pizzeria on our first night. Recommended by our host, we've enjoyed excellent, large pizzas. Thin crust, toppings made with high-quality ingredients, and top-notch service.

03/05/2026: I raised the stars for the excellent Plant-Based Whopper vegan sandwich. What can a vegan do at McDonald's? Eat a salad and a bottle of mineral water. Really, the salad was beautifully presented, even if it was in the sad plastic, and if it weren't for the double dressing I added and paid for, it wouldn't taste like anything. One note: I had tried the vegetarian sandwich at another McDonald's but didn't like it. The staff was very kind and helpful, but they always try (obviously over-ordering) to add something, making it seem cheaper. The fact is, what do you offer a vegan? Gone are the "good old days" when you could ask for a sauce or two and they'd give you one; today, 10 cents here, half a euro there, a euro for a fried egg in an already overflowing sandwich. The place is clean and well-kept, with a children's area and birthday parties—a great invention that prevents hordes of young Barbarians from invading your home. What can I say, they sell what our brain loves: Sweet, Salty and Fatty.

31/03/2026: The restaurant is quite clean, the food is quite good but the half hour wait for 10 spinach croquettes is a disgrace. Furthermore, the MC was practically empty.
