05/06/2026: We booked this bistro at the last minute because the restaurants we frequent were full. The location is pleasant, but I have a lot to say about the food. Not so much about the quality, but about the quantity. The Fasso tartare steak weighed in at 60g, while the tagliata steak was barely 100g. It's true that the tagliata steak costs €20, but for a portion that would have cost €1.50-€2.00... you charge a little more, but you give a little more.
04/04/2026: The refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and excellent food have once again proven their worth. I highly recommend it to those like us who love to be pampered and amazed by top-notch cuisine.

RISTO.MUSEO LE MONTAGNARD

01/06/2026: It's a restaurant located inside an old stable with stone vaults. Inside, there are many typical mountain objects.
31/05/2026: Nice and quaint place. It offers only three menus, ranging from €25 to €30 (there's nothing à la carte). Fast and accurate service. The food is very good, though it's a shame it's way too salty and peppery (appetizers, stewed sausage, and baked potatoes).
