20/07/2025: We went for an aperitif, but the new management surprised us with the price...over 1/3 higher than the previous one, and the dish that accompanies the cocktails doesn't justify the cost...It's a shame because the location is always very attractive.

26/05/2025: Attentive and kind staff, I often go for an aperitif but I have to give a special thanks for the treatment I was given on the occasion of my brother's confirmation. I booked a gourmet aperitif, fabulous, abundant, but above all quality. We had a great time, the waiters worked hard and made the evening super pleasant (despite our thousand demands). Thanks again! I highly recommend it!😋

24/05/2025: Was expecting a nice setting and delicious food considering came to see Fontanafreda and read about food on reviews. Unfortunately food was average. Just did not compare to all the great food we had in Barolo region. Taste was so so. The place looks like a large coffee shop in a big hotel and considering we are in the middle of vineyards it’s totally indoors with no views. Quite disappointed. The service was friendly.

07/05/2025: Osteria sita all'interno del Villaggio Narrante di Fontanafredda. Ingresso attraversando l'enoteca. Ampia sala. Menù non ampio. Buon il vitello tonnato e il brasato. Pessimo il vino scelto (un Barbera, mal di testa tutta la notte). Bene il servizio.

26/08/2025: We purchased 500g Dutto ravioli (traditionally artisanal, but packaged for large-scale distribution) from a retailer in Val Varaita. They recommend the quality, but after checking the additives with an app that reports the composition of the food, they found two highly dangerous substances: E471 (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) and E450i (disodium diphosphate), which "unfortunately" lower the quality of the product (perhaps compared to the fresh products sold directly by Dutto, in the store in Centallo). So, it's natural to ask: isn't it possible to find alternative substances that don't pose a risk to health, which must go hand in hand with ethical considerations? Thank you for your attention.

20/07/2025: Excellent baked goods and pastries. Tiny cream puffs, just the way I like them! Delicious hazelnut cakes. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

29/08/2025: I was given a package of sugar-free corn biscuits. On the back, it says "Italian ingredients," which is what you'd expect from a company that claims to be family-run. The problem is that the flour—the base of the biscuit—is European. Not to mention that they only tasted like egg. You couldn't taste the corn. In short, they could be better. I don't know if the taste problem was caused by the lack of sugar or something else, but I didn't like them. The bakery down the street makes better corn biscuits. I'll try again with other products; maybe this was a bad batch...

09/05/2025: Grazioso piccolo locale in centro gestito da un' affabile Signora che ti segue passo passo gentile e attenta a ogni tua esigenza, siamo entrati qui con una fame tremenda, e all' uscita la nostra pancia era piacevolmente piena e soddisfatta. Abbiamo preso un menu degustazione, con vitello tonnato, Agnolotti al sugo di arrosto e un roast beef che si scioglieva in bocca. Come dolce buono il tipico Bonet, ma eccezionale la crema di zabaione con i biscotti fatti in casa. Prezzi in linea.

06/05/2025: Siamo state a pranzo domenica 4 maggio. Il ristorante è in una traversa della via principale, un po' fuori dalle rotte "turistiche", numerosi gli avventori locali e habituée. Stile famigliare e accogliente, spazio tra i tavoli. La signora, che è la titolare e il marito lo chef, ci ha accolto come se fossimo di casa e ci ha fatto molto piacere. Cucina tipicamente piemontese, davvero ottima. Piatti curati, gustosi e abbondanti. Abbiamo segnalato un'intolleranza e la titolare ha fatto controllare le portate scelte prima di confermare l'ordine. Notevole la scelta dei vini. Prezzo finale in linea. Toilette pulitissima. Una bella esperienza. Se torneremo a Cuneo sicuramente torneremo a mangiare qui.

26/04/2025: Nice bar, helpful and friendly staff, accessible and convenient location. The only flaw are the drinks and the ice cream: the drinks are poorly made with above normal doses of alcohol. On ice cream and the usual commercial ice cream. I haven't tasted the dishes so I can't judge them in that context.

26/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last night. Delicious homemade pasta, super dessert. Friendly and very kind staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended ☺️

19/08/2025: Ferragosto lunch with relatives. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine. Really good first courses, 10 out of 10 Homemade pasta, and you can taste it. Very good appetizers and an exquisite second course. Excellent value. Good service. Highly recommended.

26/08/2025: Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. Dry tagliatelle, completely flavorless truffles, and a €7 coperto. The service, however, was professional.

24/05/2025: Posto magnifico e quasi magico. Cena di famiglia e non solo, cibo ottimo e una carne favolosa. È diventato un posto a me oramai legato non solo dal gusto ma anche dalle emozioni. Devo sempre fare i complimenti perché è un bellissimo posto e mantenuto in modo eccezionale.
