Frabea In Monforte d'alba

I discovered this place in an emergency situation, as I was in Monforte, but no one else had a table for one. I called the restaurant and they told me there was room. Upon entering, the restaurant is small but charming, and there's also an upstairs. I ordered: burrata with black truffle (an explosion of flavors, impeccable); tajarin with truffle (classic, but with an amazing flavor, especially the truffles); beef braised in Barolo with puree (a generous dish, delicious); green salad, dessert, and coffee. The service was impeccable, the dishes were gorgeous and well-portioned. In total, I spent about 50 euros. The location is excellent, as the restaurant is located at the foot of the Church of the Madonna della Neve. I'll definitely be back!

The best in town. The food is good, cheap, and tasty. The home delivery is fantastic.
