23/02/2025: I had lunch on a Sunday. Very friendly and helpful staff. The polenta concia was exceptional! Even the appetizers are very genuine and with local products. Definitely recommended!

14/02/2025: We ate lunch on the way back from a trip, and, despite the time, the service and courtesy were impeccable. Welcoming atmosphere and the food... Super! With local specialties. Considerable attention to gluten-free and lots of choice. Family-run that makes you feel at home... How could you not have celiac disease and be pampered! Very high quality-price ratio. We will also return to stay a few nights in the hotel! Thank you and see you soon!

10/12/2024: A nice bar. A quiet place where you can calmly talk about goldfish and chairs caught on the nose the night before... I like it a lot.

17/01/2025: Interno Due è un ristorante di qualità, con un’atmosfera curata e un servizio attento. Situato nel centro di Saluzzo, offre piatti che uniscono tradizione e modernità in modo equilibrato. Ho provato il risotto Carnaroli con bottarga e lime, ben eseguito e dal sapore fresco, e il filetto di ombrina, cotto alla perfezione e presentato con cura. La carta dei vini è interessante, con un occhio di riguardo ai produttori locali. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, attento ai dettagli senza essere invadente. I tempi tra le portate sono giusti e permettono di godersi il pasto con calma. Un’esperienza piacevole e di livello, consigliata a chi visita Saluzzo.

A welcome like no other, they are so kind that if I could give them 7 stars I would give them, not to mention the pizza, without even tasting it but just looking at it and feeling the flavor you understand that it is a work of art not a pizza. 08/12/2024: Ci siamo sposati nel 2022 in questo locale perché sapevamo il potenziale che aveva questo locale ed infatti non ci siamo sbagliati, ha fatto passi da gigante! Ci torniamo frequentemente in coppia, con amici o con la famiglia. Tenetevi sempre un posto per i dolci, magnifici!

26/01/2025: Una bella struttura in questo piccolo paese collinare, silenzioso e tranquillo. Molto tranquillo anche il cuoco della trattoria, che resiste In questo luogo che non sembra molto frequentato da turisti e visitatori. Viene Tuttavia onorata pienamente la tradizione gastronomica langarola, con ottime materie prime e piatti ben cucinati. Da non dimenticare gli ottimi antipasti e i tipici tajarin con tartufo oppure ragù. I secondi spaziano dal coniglio ha varie tipologie di carne, sempre ben presentata. come dessert La Tradizionale torta di nocciole o la meringata con panna. Ottima vista panoramica Dalla vetrata.

02/03/2025: What a lovely experience at Schiacciala, we ate very well in a very familiar and warm environment. The flatbreads were really excellent, both the savory and the sweet ones. Encore of pici cacio e pepe. Friendly waiters. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable in recommending places to visit in the surrounding area. See you on the next tour in the Langhe.

02/03/2025: Attracted by a beautiful outdoor area, we had dinner on Saturday evening in this place that takes you back in time. A Tuscan tavern in the historic center of Bra. We took a typical cold cuts platter with fabulous Tuscan pecorino cheese. The Tuscan Schiacciate were excellent and the Lampredotto sandwich very good. Friendly and helpful staff, courteous owner. Phenomenal price quality. I highly recommend it

23/03/2025: Cucina eccellente, piatti curati dagli antipasti (tortino di carciofi, fantastico) ai dolci sempre con un tocco di originalità. La carne eccezionale così come il pesce ed il primo: tagliolini ai gamberi, asparagi e bottarga. Sempre un piacere tornarci: è una garanzia!
