11/08/2026: Alto is a small village in the hinterland of Albenga, despite being one of the last remaining villages in the province of Cuneo. Lunch in a village tavern. The castle tavern hides a secret; the place doesn't appear to be glitzy. A beautiful tavern, a restaurant from the 1960s and 1970s. When the dishes arrive and you taste them, you realize there's a skilled hand behind them, preparing dishes with taste and quality. Father and son run the restaurant with simplicity but great quality. Congratulations

05/08/2026: Stuffed potato - I recommend trying it; there's plenty to choose from. The appetizers are very good. It has a local atmosphere; locals come here to chat, so it's quite lively at times.
