10/03/2025: excellent pizzas, rich cooked to perfection and very competitive prices. Very good Alessandro as a pizza chef. Fast service and everyone was very kind. we always go back as often as we can.

We order, we pay and then we are told that 2 orders cannot be served because they have a problem with the machine (that's ok, the unexpected is acceptable) ok there's no problem let's change the order. The waitress goes into total lockdown. We can't order because we have already paid and we have to pay the difference!!!!!!!!!! Sin of youth that affects the evaluation. I am sorry

24/10/2024: A little hidden place on the passing road but once parked in the town square, just a few steps and you'll get there straight away. The appetizer round (€15) is brought directly to the table but it would be better to have an indication in the menu for the ingredients and prices. The meat is excellent, two types of ribs and a skewer to share. The location is very suggestive. Perfect for an evening with friends.

21/03/2025: I've already been there several times and it never disappoints, Pagus pizza (in the photo) is fabulous! Very nice place and girls at the tables very friendly and efficient. We also tried the fish and I would say that it is also an excellent restaurant as well as a pizzeria. Advised!!

08/02/2025: Se non si ha fretta qui troverete pizze fantastiche! Un locale storico braidese condotto in maniera simpatica e professionale dalle due gestrici. Da provare sulla pizza, il loro peperoncino in polvere. Consigliatissimo per una serata tra amici!

06/01/2025: Provenienti da Torino, siamo entrati in questo bar per prendere al banco due normalissimi caffè (in verità risultati non tanto normali ma molto somiglianti all'articolo il: uno oltremodo lungo, l'altro oltremodo ristretto, misure entrambe non richieste). Ne approfittiamo per domandare come raggiungere una via, che sapevamo essere nelle vicinanze. Il (presunto) titolare, dandoci le spalle e solo a gesti, ci dà indicazioni del tutto incomprensibili. Solo dopo nostra insistenza si degna di voltarsi e ci fornisce, peraltro con affettata sufficienza, le indicazioni del caso. Usciamo senza essere accompagnati dal benché minimo cenno di saluto. Peccato dovere riscontrare simili situazioni in una delle piazze centrali di una città, come Bra, dove ci rechiamo spesso e dove abbiamo sempre sperimentato accoglienza e simpatia tutte sabaude. Sarà stato un caso? Vogliamo sperarlo. Sta in fatto che comportamenti del genere agli occhi (non i nostri che amiamo comunque profondamente questi luoghi) di turisti e contingenti visitatori possono dare della città un'immagine del tutto immeritatamente negativa.

25/03/2025: I hadn't been back for a little over a year, unfortunately what I found was very disappointing, few dishes, some rather banal (especially in relation to the respective price) such as beetroot and tomino (that is literally pieces of tomino with slices of beetroot), slow service, atmosphere that wants to seem friendly, but in the end it only smells of Radical chic. If once I would travel 50 km just to go there now I think I won't stop even if I'm passing through. Too bad

23/03/2025: Beautiful experience and excellent dinner. I was immediately struck by the name of this place and the story of this group of friends, which I read by peeking on their website. Expectations were not disappointed, on the contrary! The place has a very refined vintage style, but does not lose its soul of a mountain place. I found their menu very interesting: based on local products, but interpreted in an innovative and refined way, and executed impeccably. An excellent solution for those who love to try unusual combinations without giving up a touch of tradition. Young and friendly service. Finally, you can taste their craft beers and buy some gadgets in memory of them. I would absolutely recommend it to my friends!

11/01/2025: Premesso che : - non voglio fare di tutta l erba un fascio … - 7 anni fa avevo mangiato bene e quindi avevo un buon ricordo - le serate ed i menu “no” possono capitare… 1 porzione di trippa ( vorrei tralasciare i dettagli ) in umido dove il pomodoro era il 95% dei 2 mestoli di porzione. 1 troffie gamberi ( potrei sbagliarmi ma i 5 gamberetti sgusciati erano surgelati ) olive e pomodorini 1 calice di dolcetto 1 calice di arneis 56 euro. Vista la fame e quantità ammettiamo di aver pulito i piatti. Alla domanda del cameriere : tutto bene? La mia espressione di negazione accompagnata con un sonoro mmmmmm palesava chiara insoddisfazione. Ci si aspetterebbe la domanda di rincalzo, giusto per… ma nulla di fatto. Ritiro del piatto e assoluto menefreghismo. Fretta? Non direi. Il locale non era pieno. Quindi, che si fa? Magari proviamo con il dolce? Nessuno si è palesato per chiedere. Decidiamo di andare. Andiamo noi al banco dove il cameriere era forse intrattenuto in conversazione con la titolare.? Chiedo il conto. Nessuna proposta di: gradite un caffè? Un amaro? Altro?… Il nulla assoluto. Ora. Ad ognuno il suo lavoro certamente.. ma di fatto, la mia prima formazione e’ stata la scuola alberghiera. Ho fatto il cameriere sia in hotel stellati che in birrerie.. Questo significa che ne so più di altri? No.. Ma l attenzione al cliente è fondamentale…
