09/11/2025: Here is a collection of culinary masterpieces, all the appetizers are simple and delicious, ravioli and tagliolini just like grandma used to make... the cima with chicken is phenomenal, a roast that melts in your mouth... everything is strictly homemade... excellent service. Well done, it's the second time we've come and it's becoming one of our top places...

01/03/2026: We've known and frequented Strepeis's creperie for over 20 years, and I can only say they're the best crepes I've ever eaten! My family and I come here for crepes as often as we can, even though we live a two-hour drive away! Wide selection of savory and sweet crepes... everything was perfect for us...even today! Keep up the good work! 🙂

02/02/2026: A good experience Simple place, entrance hall, huge dining room at -1. Food and pizza, on this occasion a Sardinian pizza with porcini mushrooms; the mushrooms were less noticeable than the pecorino. The medium red beer was decent. Medium-low prices. Recommended.

20/01/2026: Hello, New Year's Eve wasn't the best, cold appetizers, just out of the freezer, found a hair of the waitress who worked so hard to work, a funeral as a party, I think that November years ago when I came for New Year's Eve everything was better, however during the holidays you eat very well

02/05/2026: After a hike to the Croce di Envie, we had a pleasant surprise when we stopped at the Trattoria La Trappa for lunch. The owner, who was very kind and professional, was courteous and professional. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

28/04/2026: Located in the historic center of Saluzzo, this restaurant boasts a quiet and refined atmosphere created by attentive and courteous owners. I enjoyed an excellent veal cheek braised in Barbera wine, tender and delicious, with seasonal vegetables. For dessert, I chose meringue, pistachio, and passion fruit, which was equally delicious. My companion chose fish dishes. I don't remember the appetizer, but I would have tried the breaded sea bream fillet, even though I'm not a fish fan; it looked excellent. It was all accompanied by a glass of red wine, Barbera if I remember correctly, which we were given to taste and served in just the right quantities (two things that don't happen everywhere). The prices were perfectly reasonable. I think I'll return one summer day, perhaps to enjoy lunch on the terrace overlooking Castiglia, the former castle of the Marquises of Saluzzo. If I really had to find a flaw, it would be that they open at 8:00 PM. Personally, I would have dined at 7:30 PM, but it's no big deal.

21/12/2025: I stayed in Perpoin for nearly a week. The service was great and the welcome was very warm. The rooms are much better than a year ago. They’ve solved what I thought was their biggest problem: the noise. They installed new doors and sealed the bottom, so sound doesn’t come through anymore. Breakfast could have more variety, especially when it comes to fruit — there were only apples and one kiwi.

17/10/2025: Not luxury, but a lovingly run family business. Check-in, stay like you're staying with friends, no frills, and breakfast like mom's. And right in the city center. Public parking and parking in the courtyard should be sufficient for everyone. I was even able to park my van comfortably, in public.
