03/06/2025: I saw the place several years ago on a Borghese show "4 Ristoranti" and since we were in the area we decided to try it with my family. Apart from the prices, which in 7 years have not undergone significant transformations (as in other places) I was able to dine in a quiet, clean, silent place, with staff who were really attentive to detail. The dishes had the right proportions and were, in my opinion, really excellent. It is possible to eat at the tables outside, but I recommend the inside where there is a great atmosphere.

01/06/2025: A perfect combination of refinement and taste in a historic setting that will take your breath away for the large space both in height and width. The setting is elegant, cared for in perfect balance between modern and ancient. The tables are large and comfortable with a sober mise en place. The raw materials are of high quality and expertly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and details of the dishes that do not disappoint in terms of taste or portion. A lot of care and attention also from the service in the room. They welcomed us with kindness, pampered us without being intrusive. An experience for your taste buds that is definitely worth trying! We will definitely return to eat the plin and tajarin on our next trip to the Langhe. The small entree of Russian salad offered at the beginning as a welcome was very pleasant. As I always say: the small details make the difference and the chef with his staff certainly manages to convey the passion for their art! Highly recommended!

06/07/2025: I recently went to this charming bistro and left with a light heart and a smile on my face. From the first moment, the staff demonstrated an authentic and rare kindness: welcoming, helpful and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The cordiality with which I was welcomed made the atmosphere extremely pleasant, like feeling like a guest in the home of thoughtful friends. Every gesture, every word, every smile was genuine and cared for, demonstrating an approach to the customer that goes beyond simple service. It is not easy to find a place where professionalism marries so perfectly with humanity. Here, however, respect and courtesy were the absolute protagonists. I will definitely return, not only for the food (excellent!), but above all for the attention and human warmth that were dedicated to me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!!

13/06/2025: Cena con amici in una bella serata estiva. Abbiamo mangiato fuori, sotto il portico, godendoci il tramonto sulle vigne. Cibo semplice ma molto buono, ottime le melanzane fritte e il risotto con asparagi. Vini di loro produzione, buoni sia Arneis che Nebbiolo. Personale giovane, efficiente e molto gentile. Prezzo assolutamente onesto per la qualità dei piatti proposti. Se siete a Neive o in zona salite fino al Bricco perché questo posto merita!

08/06/2025: A beautiful place in the middle of the greenery with an incomparable view of Ormea and the mountains that surround it. Recommended restaurant for the various dishes all very tasty.

02/06/2025: My husband and I stayed these two days, they made us feel like family, they were all super kind, warm, helpful. The cleanliness, the rooms, the food, the service, the view are excellent, nothing to complain about. If you want to spend some relaxing days I recommend you go there you will not regret it. We thank everyone who works in the hotel for having made us spend two wonderful days.

17/07/2025: Franco, il proprietario, è una di quelle persone che purtroppo non trovo più o quasi. Anche in Toscana, mia terra natia, si contano sulle dita di una mano. Oramai è tutto business. Ho potuto fare il locale senza esserlo. Tifoso granata lui e viola io abbiamo fatto in tempo a inneggiare anche all'odiata innominabile. Mangiato benissimo spendendo la metà che a Varese. Irrinunciabile. Ci tornerò di sicuro.

05/06/2025: Che dire, trattorie simili non credo ne esistano più. Non si mangia, si viaggia indietro nel tempo. Pasta tutta fatta in casa, attenzione maniacale per i dettagli, cura del cliente. Peccato che i gestori che sono qui da oltre quarant’anni l’anno prossimo chiuderanno bottega. spero di ritornarci per vivere un’esperienza unica di nuovo.

24/06/2025: The bar and restaurant close early. Not very pleasant.

21/06/2025: This hotel is very much into cost cutting and skimping. No anti-slip mat in shower, one very uncomfortable pillow per bed, no tea making facilities in room. Probably best to bring your own facilities and also some toilet paper, as bathroom furnished to a very bare level. Advertised a coffee/drinks bar on ground floor but in reality, this was mainly unstaffed so not in order. When we asked one time, they said they'd no draught beer, another time, they were closed by 10:30! Gym not up to much either, like coffee/drinks bar, just bare minimum, not up to functioning but ticks the box for their ads. Air con in room really poor and doesnt fall below 22. Breakfast worst I've seen. Very narrow selection, mainly UPF and cardboard or stale, only one type of very thin white UPF bread at toaster. No fresh salads. After day 2, I settled for some stale All Bran, then got decent food in a local cafe - could really taste how fresh the croissants in cafe were after eating the food in this hotel. Roof top restaurant did very nice food when open. Location very covenient. This hotel has excellent potential but for now, it's clearly all about the profits. Service is not on the agenda in this hotel. Hotel Scrooge!

22/07/2025: Pizza dough made with unrefined flours, making it easier to digest, lighter, and more natural. I'd say it's top-notch! Fast and professional service. I recommend going!

15/07/2025: While passing through Sanfront, we went there to eat pizzas, which were top-notch, perfect service and also not expensive at all.

14/07/2025: Food was amazing. Pizza was incredible and they meatballs are a must to start with.
