02/08/2025: A decidedly well-kept and elegant bar inside, with precise and impeccable service, and absolutely top-quality dishes, always tasty and well-prepared. Kudos to the chef 👏👏. Prices are fair and I'd say competitive. 👍 I recommend it for business lunches or breaks with friends. The only area I think could be improved is the outdoor area. Perhaps a raised section to bring the last row of tables up to par with the others, and a separation from street level with planters along the entire perimeter, would add something extra. 😉 Anyway, congratulations! 👏👏👏

01/11/2025: This evening I ordered takeout pizzas. Aside from the 10-minute wait after the reservation time (and I can understand why they were packed with people), I was completely satisfied and impressed my friends because they also thought they were really good. Truly kind people!

I came for breakfast and tried the vegan, lactose-free croissants: they were truly delicious, and it's very rare to find a café that offers such high-quality options for those with lactose intolerances. In the past, I've also ordered gluten-free and lactose-free cakes, which turned out excellent, and this time I purchased some individual cakes, which were truly delicious. The staff is always kind and helpful, the quality is top-notch, and the prices are fair. Highly recommended, especially for those looking for delicious, thoughtfully prepared desserts, even for those with allergies!

26/10/2025: We had a truly perfect evening! The set menu is a winning choice: it starts with a series of appetizers served one at a time, all locally sourced and carefully crafted. There are countless options, with portions proportionate to the rest of the dinner, so you can sample every offering without missing out on anything. Of all, the beef carpaccio with salt was the dish that won us over: seemingly simple, yet of unforgettable quality and deliciousness. Then we chose between two first courses and two second courses, all delicious, and to conclude, a selection of desserts that left us truly satisfied. Special attention was also paid to lactose-free requests: carefully crafted dishes, never boring, and absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable: courteous, friendly, and always available. The chef's passion was clearly evident in every dish. The price was absolutely right for the quality of the ingredients and the wine selection. An experience I recommend without hesitation... and I will definitely be back!

03/09/2025: The place is welcoming and familiar, we had a table for two with a view of Monviso in the face (exceptional and romantic), very helpful service, good and characteristic food. To return.

17/08/2025: We had lunch at this inn, and even though we'd called in the morning to make the reservation, they took care of it without any problem. The place is reminiscent of Sunday lunch at grandma's house: cozy, welcoming, and delicious. The menu, consisting of five appetizers, one first course, one second course, and one dessert, is very generous, all excellent quality and a fabulous value. The owners are two delightful, friendly, and approachable people, with whom it was a pleasure to chat between courses. It's one of the few places in the area that preserves its traditions, kindness, and love for their work. We'll be happy to visit you again!

13/10/2025: Recommended!! We spent 1 night at this hotel. It's a family-friendly hotel but also excellent for a couples' vacation. The food is excellent, and the staff is attentive to every need. We'll be back to try the spa (there's the option of exclusive use of the spa, e.g., Deluxe Package). Thank you so much.

13/10/2025: We were truly satisfied with everything. Angelo's helpfulness at the reception, the attentiveness in the dining room, the truly excellent food, the experiences with Noemi that were accessible even to our little one, who even had several play options, the spa...the location and the truly appreciated attention. If I really had to find a flaw, but only with the aim of improving an already excellent hospitality, it would be the lack of comfort of the beds and pillows (sometimes this is also a subjective issue).

28/08/2025: A nice, quiet, and welcoming place for an informal lunch or dinner. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to their needs. The food is excellent, and the portions are generous. The prices are slightly higher than other similar establishments.

04/08/2025: Extremely slow service; we waited a long time before being asked for our order and before being served. The waitress was unfriendly. Prices weren't listed on the menu, and it was unclear whether there was a fixed menu or not (we were told, unkindly, that there was no fixed menu, but then the receipt only said "fixed menu" without any details about the dishes). The bill was high for what we ate (three dishes total, including water, €30). Good food.

26/08/2025: We vacationed in France and many parts of Italy, and this was, hands down, the best icecream we had. It trastes very artisan, and delicious. And for half the price! Which means it's for locals, not tourists. Though if you're in the area, you should check out Peveragno. Very beautiful.

A welcome like no other, they are so kind that if I could give them 7 stars I would give them, not to mention the pizza, without even tasting it but just looking at it and feeling the flavor you understand that it is a work of art not a pizza. 05/09/2025: Avoid if you're not just looking for a nice room. The staff is rude and uncaring. The breakfast is basic, the portions are very limited, and the coffee is undrinkable. The evening meal is met with the same attitude from the staff. The food is ridiculously large and overly salty at an obscene price.

30/09/2025: A good restaurant for a business lunch. Excellent cuisine, attentive and courteous staff. Good value for money.
