lunch with friends in this beautiful restaurant in the center of Cuneo, hidden just enough to skim the patrons a bit. friendly staff, truly spectacular dishes. I saw some young men wandering around in the kitchen who apparently know what they're doing. the assona tartare cooked with a knife was delicious, the poached egg with asparagus and truffle was so good that I would have had 4 of them. tajarin with lamb ragout and ravioli del plin which alone are worth the trip. Coming from Milan I had been recommended to other shores, but if I were to return to the city I would have no doubts. This is the right place. only note in the furnishings. I feel like I'm in someone's living room, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it all seemed too white, too precise... away with the print paintings and room for a bit of vintage! good.

Unique but very refined environment, attentive service, good quality local food that follows a personal line.

A small quiet restaurant, very nice and with really good food. Congratulations for the attention and attention to detail that others do not notice. I appreciated everything, but especially the cutlery for the baby😍. Until now, no other restaurant where we have advised that we are with a child has not prepared them 🙂 The menu offers (perhaps for some) few dishes, but in my opinion the right variety to cover all tastes, and not to be missed reading it. The pasta made by them is very good (we took the plin and the gnocchi), and I must say the meat is excellent (sirloin and lamb). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A place I recommend and where I will definitely return.

Abbiamo trovato questo locale su Tripadvisor e le aspettative non sono state tradite. La scelta del menu non è molto ampia, ma probabilmente la ditta preferisce curare la qualità. Quest'ultima è fuori discussione, inoltre la mano del cuoco non appesantisce lo stomaco. Volevo assaggiare i vini piemontesi ed ho trovato ciò che cercavo, anche grazie ai consigli della gestione. Cortese e professionale il personale di sala.

FAT SATURDAY DINNER For the first time visiting Cuneo (excellent experience in this beautiful and unexpected city) we decide to have dinner in this small and charming restaurant in the center. Excellent welcome from both the lady and the young helper. Truly excellent dishes with the "peak" of the joke fassona and ravoli del plin (the filling of a unique pleasure) but also all the other dishes tried such as the shoulder of lamb and the desserts. The recommended barbera is also excellent. To conclude an experience that we will remember... (the minus star for the service is only because only two people serving are few...)
