30/08/2025: We went one evening with a family of five: the kids ordered the kids' menu, I got a calzone, and my wife a hamburger, a bottle of water, and coffee. We spent €61. I found the quantity of food very poor for the price paid. The staff is very friendly, but they forget what you order or don't bring it to you at all. The place is nice but nothing special: it's surrounded by other identical warehouses in the shopping center. I don't think we'll be back.

25/08/2025: We went to this place we knew before, and the pizza was fantastic back then. Yesterday, alas, the pizzas were all raw, completely raw. We had a large table. To avoid complaining since we were celebrating a birthday, we ate them anyway, but it was really hard. Raw tomatoes, completely raw dough. Too bad. Nothing to say about the friendly staff, though. They told us they'd changed the pizza chef, and it showed!!! I'm sorry, but it's unacceptable to churn out raw pizzas, and judging by the faces of the other people at the tables, we definitely weren't the only ones with raw pizzas. Terrible pizzas. Too bad. If they'd kept the previous pizza chef, the pizzas would have been truly delicious.

13/09/2025: The best meal we had in Saluzzo this week. The antipasti were especially spectacular: the octopus tentacle might be the best thing I have ever consumed. Her classic Piedmontese gnocchi was superlative, as was my risotto. Our desserts—a chocolate lava cake and a traditional Bonet—were delightful, even for people who generally don’t like dessert. The Barbera we had also also the best wine we’ve had this week. Service was also excellent: there was a very helpful waitress who spoke English, and guided us through the Italian menu when Google Translate failed us. Finally, this place had more vegetarian things than others we’d been to (excluding pizza places: those are always fine). Update: We returned 6 years later, and it was still fabulous. I had a white pasta and quail; she had a zucchini flan and risotto. We finished with a cheese board and the Bonet again. Our waiting staff were brilliant, and again helped in English. Still veggie friendly.

24/08/2025: A restaurant with high-quality service and food. The ingredients are of excellent quality, and Chef Michael's meticulous research is evident. Besides being incredibly talented, he also makes his guests feel at ease. The atmosphere is refined, and the wines are among the finest in Piedmont. If you're passing through Saluzzo, you can't miss it!

02/08/2025: A great place, one of the last remaining beer halls in the area. Excellent food, excellent drinks, and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with the option to watch all the sporting events on TV (including soccer). The quality/price ratio is more than good. The only downside, though, is the wait for food, which can be a bit long at times.

24/07/2025: A nice bar. A quiet place where you can calmly talk about goldfish, spoiled plum compote, and the chair bumps you took the night before... I love it.

26/08/2025: Excellent home cooking, a terrace, and children's playground. Accessible by car (dirt road).

29/05/2025: The pizzas are excellent. The best of my stay. The server was very kind and offered a complimentary liqueur. The restaurant was clean.

16/06/2025: El personal era absolutamente fantástico. Desearía haber preguntado el nombre de la señora que nos servía. Tan servicial, que no estaba muy bien y tardaron en verme y como no podía caminar de vuelta al camping nos llevaron de vuelta. La comida era excelente también. Mi pareja tenía una ensalada enorme llena de verduras frescas encantadoras. Muy recomendable.

02/06/2025: Realmente honesto, no esperaba comer así aquí. Vine por retraso en Barolo, y traté de encontrar un lugar para comer y este bar sirvió platos sabrosos muy particulares con buen precio. Personal muy amable. Gracias por su servicio.

10/09/2025: I had two delicious focaccias, and rarely do you encounter such kind owners at the counter. Plus, it's in a convenient location, just 10 minutes from the station. Highly recommended.

23/07/2025: I had a Ligurian cheese focaccia, truly delicious, it melted in your mouth, very thin dough, good oil and excellent cheese inside, thin and stretched like in Liguria!

15/06/2025: Zum 1. Mal in der neuen Osteria delle Aie in Castagnito. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, freundlicher und flinker Service. Alle aufgetragenen Speisen schmeckten sehr herrlich, aber die hausgemachte Glace aus Aprikosen ist speziell erwähnenswert, so superfein. Das Haus befindet sich nach wie vor auf einem sehr hohen Niveau zu moderatem Preis. Gratulation an die freundliche Gastgeberin. Weiterhin viel Erfolg wünschen Urs mit Margrit und Christian
