11/04/2025: ambiente con volte in mattoni, personale gentile e preparato, servizio impeccabile. Piccola entre di cous cous, antipasto di cavoli -toma e nocciole (ma anche i moscardini al sugo che ho assaggiato erano buoni e puliti bene), gnocchi al bleu (non forte) ma anche la pasta con polpo era buona, baccalà stupendo. Dolcini con il caffé. Ottimo e ci torno. Il conto non so, ero invitato, ma ci torno, sicuramente

14/07/2025: A small town trattoria where you can eat well and affordably. The service is typical of a trattoria. Piedmontese cuisine; I had the gnocchi, the tongue in red sauce, and the veal with tuna sauce: all excellent. Recommended!

22/06/2025: We stopped for one night in this inn and we had a great time. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had dinner and found vegan options for each course, even managing to have a totally vegan tasting menu. Everything was delicious and also a breakfast with homemade biscuits. We felt really pampered. Very kind owners. In short, a hidden gem that you absolutely have to try also for the super strategic position for excursions in Val Varaita

27/04/2025: Posto incantevole! Accoglienza perfetta, cordialità e premura non artefatte. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità e cortesia dal principio alla fine del pasto. Per quanto riguarda il menù: proposta invitante, materie prime eccellenti. Porzioni decisamente abbondanti, ma per assaggiare tutto, che merita!, è importante sapere che si può chiedere di portare via ciò che avanza. Assolutamente da evitare il fatto di non assaggiare una portata, tutti i piatti sono una sorpresa da scoprire. Un ristorante in cui tornare con la famiglia, per un incontro di lavoro e per un momento di condivisione a due.

La visita della cantina è stata un un'esperienza meravigliosa continuata poi durante il pranzo tutto ottimo e i camerieri preparati nei loro racconti sui vini serviti,cibo e servizio eccellente ottimo posto con una vista spettacolare

12/07/2025: We had two Aperol Spritzes and they brought us a small basket of chips (we counted 15). Half an hour after the aperitif, we went to pay and he said, "You were too quick," and showed up with a small plate of appetizers. 04/05/2025: Prima volta dopo il cambio della gestione .Accoglienza da pranzo di lavoro veloce settimanale,un antipasto mediocre,agnolotti burro e salvia scolati alla veloce,secondo con patate al forno da insufficienza ,torta di nocciole ma soprattutto zucchero, 35 euro a testa .Nulla a che vedere con la precedente gestione trentennale un vero peccato
