10/05/2025: Delicious pizza, thin and slightly crunchy, also available with wholemeal dough. The place is nice and the staff can be defined as "down to earth" which for a certain type of clientele (like me) is a plus. Only observation... you can't decide that at a certain time you don't have a POS payment 😅😳... it's illegal! Be careful that sooner or later you will find someone who leaves without paying...rightly because they can't. But it could end up even worse given that from 2022 this is a sanctionable failure to provide service if not justified by documented technical reasons... and in that case incoming customers should be notified. Having closed this parenthesis, for me it is among the best pizzerias in Alba.

02/06/2025: Nel fare questa recensione voglio cercare di rimanere il più obiettivo possibile poiché purtroppo le circostanze in cui si è concluso il pranzo sono tali da farmi rischiare di non esserlo mentre invece voglio dare un giudizio che semplicemente sia utile ad altri potenziali clienti. 1) Qualita' dei piatti: se dicessi che i piatti sono cattivi non direi il vero... se dicessi che hanno, secondo i miei gusti , qualche qualità in più rispetto agli stessi piatti fatti da una qualsiasi pizzeria , direi una falsità. Infatti almeno i piatti che noi abbiamo assaggiato (nello specifico tartare di pesce, taglierini vongole e asparagi, tajarin ai funghi, filetto di pesce san pietro , ecc..) sono per qualità e gusto , secondo me, assolutamente gli stessi che puoi trovare in qualsiasi pizzeria (con ciò' non voglio dire che siano cattivi ma che non presentano quel qualcosa in più che richiedi a un locale che voglia essere appunto più di livello rispetto ad una pizzeria). 2) Prezzi: secondo il mio parere assolutamente sproporzionati rispetto a quello che viene offerto. Lascio nelle foto lo scontrino in maniera che chiunque possa farsi una propria opinione (ma solo per esprimere la mia: un piatto di tajarin ai funghi, non cattivo , ma come dicevo sopra, tale e quale a quello che puoi trovare in qualsiasi pizzeria : 20 euro mi sembra uno sproposito). 3) Gentilezza e stile: e' questo il vero tasto dolente. A fine pranzo ci è stato dato uno scontrino cumulativo e con il totale, Abbiamo chiesto in maniera gentile se si poteva avere il dettaglio delle singole voci (dato che tra l'altro di alcuni piatti fuori menu non ci era stato detto il prezzo). La signora alla cassa (non so ma immagino la titolare) si è molto alterata dicendoci inizialmente che non ce lo faceva perchè non era tenuta a farlo e che le facevamo perdere del tempo. In seguito quando , in maniera assolutamente civile, ho insistito per averlo , me lo ha fatto continuando però a lamentarsi e ad inveire. Credo che questo sia molto poco educato perchè quando un cliente lo richiede in maniera gentile, sopratuttto considerando i prezzi cosi elevati, sia scontato che il ristorante dia il dettaglio delle voci senza fare troppe difficoltà o commenti contro il cliente. Il fatto che non mi torni la voce del vino (che se ricordo la carta dei vini veniva qualche euro meno di quello che mi è stato attribuito) alla fine non è importante. E' importante la scarsa educazione mostrata nel mostrarsi cosi irritata e ostile ad una richiesta normalissima (poter avere il dettaglio delle voci di spesa). 4) Conclusioni: prossima volta che capito a Bossolasco anche no... sopratutto considerando che in questo paese, dove da tanto tempo ogni tanto mi reco a fare un giro, ci sono locali che a prezzi decisamente più contenuti offrono qualità e sopratutto cortesia, che qui non ho trovato. Nelle foto conto e specificazione delle varie voci in maniera che ognuno possa giudicare da sé. Comunque non do un voto basso al locale perchè penso sia giusto ammetter che si possa fare qualche sbaglio e lasciare aperta la possibilità al miglioramento (anche dello stile).

27/04/2025: We went for lunch, the tables in the sun are a blessing. Excellent cheeses and tartare, very high quality. The prices are a little high, each dish at €18 seems a bit to avoid someone choosing to take less expensive dishes... in general a good place, I would go back.

22/05/2025: Location: 7. Upstairs many seats well furnished but a bit chaotic. Downstairs too much disorder...the entrance does everything. Food: 7 simple but eaten very well. generous portions Service: 8 the head waiter a polite and very professional person. Shame for the evening I experienced. There was a kind lady with various musical and Tibetan instruments... it was not for me and for my tastes. Price: 6 strict but fair

25/04/2025: We stopped for dinner by chance because we were on the road and we really appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the clean and welcoming place and the food was excellent. When that happens we will stop again. Thank you

22/05/2025: Great pizzeria with a choice of traditional or creative pizzas. The dessert was decent, but the pizza was really good and at a more than reasonable price.

21/04/2025: I went for lunch on Easter Sunday, everything was excellent, from the food, to the service, to the location. Very friendly owners, you can enjoy a family atmosphere. I renew my compliments. With the hope of not doubling, but tripling their work, carried out with passion and dedication. Highly recommended. 💯👏👏

19/04/2025: Non entro in merito al cibo eccellente servizio un po lento, ma il motivo della recensione negativa, dipende da un episodio molto sgradevole. Premesso se tengo una rastrelliera di vino a vista devo anche assumermi le conseguenze di eventuali danni. Mio nipotino di 18 mesi ha toccato inavvertitamente una bottiglia di vino, che perdendo l'appoggio è caduta e si è rotta. ho avvertito immediatamente la direzione, ed ho provveuduto a pulire il pavimento dal vino e cocci, ho poi chiesto di pagare il danno. mi sono stati chiesti ben 27 euro che ho pagato per una bottiglia che, "non ho bevuto", dal costo commerciale di circa 5 euro (un normale Pinot). Io ritengo di essere stato corretto non dello stesso avviso ritengo la direzione, posso capire se avessi consumato la bottiglia al tavolo(anche già strapagata), ma essendo stato un incidente penso che il danno poteve essere ben più contenuto se non annullato.

22/03/2025: A pizzeria that I could rarely find around, not only in Bra but also in the surrounding area. A welcome like no other, they are so kind that if I could give them 7 stars I would give them, not to mention the pizza, without even tasting it but just looking at it and feeling the flavor you understand that it is a work of art not a pizza. Simply fantastic

27/04/2025: Posto incantevole! Accoglienza perfetta, cordialità e premura non artefatte. Servizio impeccabile, disponibilità e cortesia dal principio alla fine del pasto. Per quanto riguarda il menù: proposta invitante, materie prime eccellenti. Porzioni decisamente abbondanti, ma per assaggiare tutto, che merita!, è importante sapere che si può chiedere di portare via ciò che avanza. Assolutamente da evitare il fatto di non assaggiare una portata, tutti i piatti sono una sorpresa da scoprire. Un ristorante in cui tornare con la famiglia, per un incontro di lavoro e per un momento di condivisione a due.

27/05/2025: I have been there several times and I have had a good time. Reasonable prices and more than decent service, except for a couple of ladies who, if you find them nervous because of rude customers, will also take out their nervousness on you who have nothing to do with it. I understand that it is not easy to manage rude, uneducated, pretentious guys but we should take a harder and more defined line for the good and safety of the staff and polite customers who only want to spend to have fun and not to command in other people's houses

26/04/2025: Trattoria with traditional dishes, but revisited. Very careful in the plating and with a truly delicious flavour. Wide choice of wines. The room is spacious and bright, even if from the outside it would seem the opposite, but the window in the upstairs room manages to illuminate the entire room well. There is another room downstairs, very beautiful and intimate. Excellent service, the guys in the room pay attention to details and are present.

11/06/2025: We were passing through Peveragno on the Friday of the strawberry festival and decided to have dinner here, given the excellent reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the very slow service (we waited half an hour to take the order) and by the quality of the pizzas... the tomato was very liquid and the mozzarella was not very stringy... it seemed like it had been made and cooked too quickly. We were not at all convinced by the taste either... if you are looking for an excellent pizza, the price is not worth it. It's a shame because the staff is polite and the location is welcoming! 🥺
