08/04/2026: We stayed here over the Easter holidays with a two-year-old, and honestly, we left deeply disappointed, starting with the room ("superior double"), which, both in terms of furnishings (nonexistent) and cleanliness, is unclear when it was last cleaned, as the floors were completely dirty (we figured out because we sneezed when we entered the room). There were endless curls of dust under the bed, and my husband dropped a dark T-shirt on the floor and picked it up again, covered in dust! The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the baseboard squeaked; we couldn't move. The room was heated by central heating, which worked even at night without a thermostat to regulate the temperature. As a result, we couldn't sleep from the heat; we were sweating even in our light pajamas and without a blanket or sheets. Besides the room, what deeply disappointed us were the children's spaces, which were practically nonexistent, aside from a small, dated room with a few toys, also dated. The much-vaunted outdoor play areas, especially on the website, are nonexistent, so they're not enjoyable for children in either spring or summer. The food was good, except for the somewhat meager breakfast. We honestly couldn't wait to get home and rest a bit. Never again!

30/09/2025: Great location in the middle of a park. Good food, but incredibly slow service. You can't sit in a restaurant for more than five hours! I understand there were two ceremonies, but for that very reason, they should have increased staff for that day.

25/03/2026: The staff were helpful and very friendly. There's a ski room where you can store your skis, which is very convenient for us skiers. The meals were excellent. The common areas are impeccable. The location is very convenient for the ski lifts, just a 6-minute drive away.

The restaurant is perfect for an evening with friends, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine offers traditional local dishes, all prepared with great care and quality: from ravioli and tagliarin to rich and flavorful main courses such as wild boar, beef shank, and a truly excellent veal with tuna sauce. Everything we tried was tasty and well-crafted, with authentic flavors that showcase the local area. The service was impeccable: the staff were very kind, friendly, and always available, making us feel at ease throughout the evening. Prices were fair and perfectly in line with the quality offered. An ideal place for a dinner with friends: highly recommended!

Excellent coffee, and the outdoor seating area is also usable in the winter (on sunny days) thanks to its sheltered location. Excellent!
