Whenever I come to Alba, I always stop by to buy some Piedmontese specialties. The prices are reasonable, especially on special offers. Parking is always available, covered, and free.

I'd like to thank a cashier who made my checkout experience yesterday truly pleasant. She was cheerful, friendly, and smiling—qualities that are rare these days and truly make a difference. The kindness with which she carries out her work immediately conveys a sense of warmth. Her helpfulness and customer service deserve a sincere compliment. Impeccable and, above all, welcoming service!

I once lost my phone in the mall, and a very good security employee helped me look for it. Eventually, my phone was taken to the information desk: someone had found it and handed it over there. I thank those who found my phone. The mall has very helpful employees, and some are a little less helpful: it depends on how you treat them. I say they deserve the respect they deserve.
