Two nights twice in 21 days, I had a great time, tested two different double rooms, partially renovated rooms, very clean bathroom included, kind and polite staff, standard and okay breakfast, sweet and savory, clean hotel, parking spaces. I went skiing in Prato and this hotel was an excellent compromise between costs and distance. I will definitely go back. The only sore point, the doors to the rooms are the old ones and given the rudeness of many customers, you can hear everything, nothing that doesn't happen in other parts unfortunately.

We spent 2 days and 1 night only for a short time but with a truly excellent experience, the staff were really kind and helpful, top hotels for families have spa service and babysitting/entertainment service.... Vote 5 also for Alice the babysitter/entertainer for our three children aged 8/5/1 year loved it from the first moment, truly fantastic!!

Very friendly and always helpful staff, excellent quality restaurant, unfortunately the rooms are not well soundproofed, in fact you could hear everything that was happening outside, too bad the jacuzzi was under maintenance.

We spent an excellent week in every sense 10-17/3 rooms 111-112 and everyone's kindness was exemplary. The cuisine and the availability and professionalism of the dining room staff are excellent excellent rooms. We recommend it at 360°

Siamo stati lo scorso week end e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Nonostante il tempo non fosse dei migliori i bimbi si sono divertiti molto con l' animatrice, la merenda delle 17 e poi c'era anche un'altra area giochi con le palline e i lego. Colazione e cena a buffet molto varia e buona,anche i dolci. Stanze confortevoli. Personale gentile e disponibile.

14/01/2024: We stopped for lunch before continuing with the dog sledding experience nearby. We discovered a truly characteristic and beautiful place. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was really tasty, with spectacular attention to detail and a taste that took our breath away. We would have missed an encore of each dish! We really enjoyed the hot starter with Pumpkin Flan and Bagna Cauda, ​​and the Castelmagno Gnocchi were sublime. Truly congratulations to all the staff! We will definitely be back!
08/01/2024: We went to La Font for a lunch as a couple, after a dog sledding lesson in Castelmagno. This place has an agreement with this business and offers a menu consisting of entrée, cold appetizer, hot appetizer, first course and dessert; in addition of course to the classic à la carte menu. As foodies as we are, we opted for the menu: the entrée was a crostini with green sauce and anchovies, the appetizers were fresh goat cheese with artichoke heart and tomato and a pumpkin flan with bagna cauda. The first consisted of gnocchi with castelmagno and finally the desserts offered were bonet or panna cotta with pandoro. The portions are generous and all the dishes were delicious. The price was 28 euros each. Advised

14/08/2023: Oltre ad aver cenato molto bene seppur semplice cucina curata e varia, vorrei fare i complimenti alla signorina che ci ha serviti. È stata molto professionale difronte alla mia richiesta per un’intolleranza, anche se menù fisso si è subito attivata per alternative. L’ho trovata molto attenta e preparata e non avevo avvisato quando ho prenotato! Complimenti
12/08/2023: Abbiamo patito un po’ il caldo sotto una tenda di plastica, soffocante, e le mosche che non ci hanno dato tregua, il dehor ha bisogno di un nuovo look, più accogliente e soprattutto più funzionale, per tutto il resto, confermo quanto scritto nelle altre recensioni
