15/12/2025: I found both the pizza and the antipasto of traditional fried foods to be very good, but above all, they were prepared with excellent ingredients (the slightly higher price is more than justified). The staff was friendly and helpful.

05/08/2025: Nei nostri frequenti viaggi in Piemonte é una tappa obbligatoria. Anche quanto é affollato si é sempre ben accolti e serviti. Assolutamente da provare la battuta di fassona al coltello e i tagliolini al ragu di salsiccia. Ottimi i vini proposti anche come degustazione. Prezzi più che onesti. Complimenti.

28/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante (che è anche wine bar e residence) che era già tardi ma siamo state fortunate e c’era un tavolo libero per mangiare. La sistemazione nella corte centrale del palazzo è stata sicuramente suggestiva fin dall’inizio e il servizio si è distinto per la professionalità e cortesia. Io sono intollerante al siero di latte e la mia amica è celiaca e il personale ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre esigenze garantendoci un pranzo ricco oltre che tranquillo. Consigliato.

10/04/2026: A beautiful, rustic yet elegant restaurant, where every taste is catered for with a menu that offers both pasta and pizza/focaccia. I especially recommend the focaccia, with its unique and generous toppings.

28/02/2026: The location is well-kept and welcoming. The pizzas are very tasty and light, and you can choose from numerous topping combinations, some of which are hard to find elsewhere. The desserts are also delicious, especially the caramel panna cotta. The service is quick and friendly. The quality/price ratio is reasonable.

The service is impeccably prepared and designed to make the evening a truly enjoyable experience, with the courtesy and professionalism of the wait staff making you feel at ease. The dishes are prepared with top-quality ingredients, well-balanced, and beautifully presented! I highly recommend it to everyone... P.S. One small point that, in my opinion, is the excessive intensity of the lighting from the interior "light strips."

21/12/2025: Perched on a ridge with spectacular views on both sides, it's truly a very comfortable place. The entire structure is meticulously designed, with a touch of modern architecture that blends beautifully with the surrounding area. You can better appreciate my description from the photos and videos. The various indoor and outdoor rooms are lovely, whether for an intimate dinner, a small reception, or an aperitif in the hermitage. The soundproofing is excellent. The tables are not covered with tablecloths, but with plastic placemats. The napkins are cotton, and the cutlery and glasses are of excellent quality. The chairs are padded, inviting you to gather around after the meal. The cuisine is excellent; a big step forward since opening. The dishes are beautifully presented, both on the plate and in the descriptions of the staff, who are trained and in uniform. The wine list offers an excellent selection from around the world. Siamo stati ospiti del locale in una giornata piovosa, sicuramente in primavera-estate il gazebo all'esterno è la scelta giusta per un pranzo o una cena al top...quindi ci torneremo. Buona scelta di vini, propone un menù piemontese rivisitato e di ottima qualità. Complimenti allo Chef e a tutto il personale di sala.

12/04/2026: Had lunch today with friends in this beautiful location. Excellent wine selection and a truly excellent menu. Everything was delicious, from the bread to the desserts, cooked with organic and very refined products. Also recommended for vegans.

12/02/2026: Often, when I'm craving meat, I head to Osteria Bislacca. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food! Very sophisticated burgers and delicious meat, not to mention the Mombarcaro potatoes!
