16/09/2025: This isn't my first time here; I've always had a great time. This time, in particular, I appreciated the excellent service. The waitresses sensed we were celebrating an anniversary and left us a pleasant surprise (see photo). Staff like this deserves to be praised and cherished. Good food, fair prices.

25/08/2025: We are two cyclists, and after seeing this place, we returned due to the kindness of the lady who, along with her brother Marco, welcomed us with cuisine that was nothing short of amazing!!! The appetizer was exquisite, the first courses were excellent—plin with lavender and herbs—and the tagliolini with mushrooms were excellent!! (Marco was honest and sincere in saying that since we didn't have porcini mushrooms, there were no mushrooms, but the dish was delicious anyway!!!) And what about the second courses!!! The delicate and sublime tongue was excellent!! Antonella's desserts were delicate and sublime!! More courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and honesty in the cuisine, with exquisite use of raw materials! We will definitely return and recommend this gem and rare pearl for superior quality slow food!!!

22/03/2025: I frequent it often. The dishes are typical Ligurian cuisine: homemade ravioli, tagliatelle, cima, rabbit, and much more. The desserts, also homemade, made by the owner's wife are excellent. For those who enjoy spirits, the bar is well stocked with gin, whiskey, rum, and more.

13/08/2025: Delicious cakes, but I warn you, don't order cakes they're not capable of. You're basically spending 30 euros for a kilo of sponge cake. Years ago they were delicious, now I don't know if they've changed pastry chef, but you're basically just paying for the sponge cake. I waited to write the review to give them a third chance, but I was wrong. With this one they've outdone themselves. Shameful. At this point, it's better to do it yourself, trust me.

22/06/2025: All 5 stars because you can't give more: the meals were delicious, the service was very active for every need, and the place, both inside and outside, was beautiful immersed in nature, with a nice green lawn next to it. Speaking of snacks, I took the hazelnut ice cream cup for myself, and the strawberry one for another person, and we loved both of them. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a quiet Sunday, in the mountains and eat VERY well.

03/08/2025: Four of us went and really enjoyed the evening! The Piedmontese cuisine was excellent: the vitello tonnato was top-notch, but also the tender pork cheek; I loved it. The atmosphere was relaxed, the dishes were carefully prepared... in short, a place worth keeping in mind and definitely worth returning to.

02/09/2025: A very atmospheric restaurant with a delicious menu featuring truly local dishes. Authentic Italian cuisine with superb pasta and delicious panna cotta. Not a tourist trap, but an authentic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, even to our two young children. All in all, a real highlight!

23/07/2025: We had a truly enjoyable dinner at Acqua Sale in Alba. A charming, well-maintained, and welcoming location, with a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary offerings. Excellent food, quality ingredients, and authentic cuisine. We really appreciated the Salento/Piedmont duo, an original and well-executed idea that combines flavors and traditions in a balanced and never forced way. The service was courteous and discreet. The only small point: a complimentary liqueur/coffee at the end of the meal would have made the experience truly perfect. It's not mandatory, of course, but it's that gesture of kindness that often makes the difference—even just asking for it. In any case, we'll gladly return: a wonderful discovery in the heart of the Langhe.

09/09/2025: Friendly welcome in a refined setting. Veal with tuna sauce, plin ravioli, gnocchi with rabbit ragù, and rabbit with Arneis. I would have had a second helping of everything, and even a third of the ravioli! Impeccable service, so kudos to the guy. If you're in Alba, I highly recommend it.

26/08/2025: A tourist restaurant. The service staff is mixed. Some are friendly, others are rather rude and unmotivated, and the food is mediocre, but the location and restaurant are beautiful.
