28/03/2025: Il 28 marzo, ospite di un' amica di Moretta, ho potuto assaporare una "fiorentina" di Piemontese "eccezionale" lo dico come uno che si occupa di carni bovine da oltre 50 anni, bravi complimenti!!!

17/03/2025: Splendido ristorante, sia per il dehors composito (utilizzato anche come caffetteria), sia per gli interni (il soffitto affrescato del salone principale, la sobrietà pulita dell'altra saletta, i bagni, l'ingresso). Staff gentilissimo, sebbene non sempre organizzato. Parcheggio abbondante, nei dintorni. Livello della cucina eccelso: considerando i 3 euro di coperto, vi portano gratis 3 amuse-bouche, di cui due buonissimi (con barbabietola e salsa d'acciughe; con gorgonzola e mousse di spinaci). Il pane è notevole. La focaccia, spettacolare. Aggiungete che le stoviglie sono di stoffa, l'ambiente è raffinato, e capirete perché il coperto a 3 euro è un regalo. Passiamo ai piatti. Il tortino di verdure con fonduta e crema di zucca (abbinamento geniale e molto efficace!), suddiviso in due (2 euro di supplemento: occhio), costa 14 euro ed è favoloso. L’abbondante risotto (17 euro) con aglio nero e marmellata di frutti di bosco (!), con burro, crema di frutti di bosco e Castelmagno, è perfettamente bilanciato. Buoni (ma qui 17 euro sono troppi) anche i tajarin fatti in casa (troppo pochi!) con salsiccia (moltissima) e porri. Calici quasi tutti dai 7 euro in su, ma di qualità. Dolci costosetti anch’essi: meliga con (moltissimo) zabajone al moscato, euro 8,50 (l’avremmo preferito freddo, però). Abbasserei dunque un pochino i prezzi. Per il resto, top.

15/03/2025: Given the positive reviews, perhaps I had high expectations for this place. I was disappointed, I ordered a cut of meat and I was served half a slice of meat, the rest I ordered was not bad, but nothing exceptional. The portions are small and the price is decidedly disproportionate. On the other hand, the service was good.

25/02/2025: Centuries-old well-kept and modernized residence, large internal park.... beautiful location for a fairy-tale day... beautiful armour, rooms, various ancient objects... but... I personally didn't have that "WOW" effect. It would also be perfect and ideal because you are looked after in every way, where nothing is left to chance... even plan B in case of bad weather or too hot... the bride and groom would have one less worry 😅🤣... but there is always a BUT...... in any case CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

20/03/2025: Total disappointment. We went on Sunday to my father's 70th anniversary lunch. We booked 3 paellas in advance and only one arrived for 3 people after almost 2 hours of waiting, then they blamed us for not having specified how many people they had to prepare. For the children we ordered first courses and they arrived after a long wait. We went to celebrate but we left disappointed, full of nerves and hungry. We are sorry but you really don't deserve to eat in this place.
