We met by chance; the pizza and farinata were excellent. Excellent service and pleasant staff. Now it's become a regular stop for me and my athletes on our way back from judo training in Manta di Saluzzo.

I really enjoyed the pizza: the dough was light, easy to digest, and tasty. The service was impeccable: the young woman who served us was extremely kind, as were the owners, who were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is spacious, well-kept, and pleasant. I'll definitely be back!

09/08/2026: I returned to this restaurant after six years and was pleasantly surprised to find that nothing has changed, but rather, it's only gotten better. Excellent food, unique dishes with unusual pairings, absolutely worth trying. The service was slow, but that's also the beauty of this place: enjoying an evening in a unique setting. The waiters were very friendly, especially Filippo, who was cheerful and welcoming. Reservations recommended.

23/07/2026: Incredible! The experience was unique and the food was top-notch. It's worth coming back to try everything on the menu. The sauces had unique flavors! A comprehensive wine list and excellent French recommendations. Everything was perfect! The umami dog was delicious!
