Uso spesso trip advisor e spesso lascio recensioni ma credo che in questo specifico caso trip advisor NON sia il tool giusto x valutare “ Piazza Duomo” quindi NON lo farò.
E’ tutto oltre !!! Troverete solo qualche foto che spero renda giustizia ai piatti ( già la presentazione vale il viaggio)

30/03/2025: fantastico, tre stelle storiche e meritate. locale molto carino e elegante, arricchito da opere d'arte di pregio. ho scelto il menu viaggio con aggiunta di battuta di fassona con tartufo. tra i piatti memorabili l'antipasto piemontese merita il posto d'onore anche per la sua bellezza, oltre che per la bontà. cito anche gamberi e 'nduja e l'agnello dal menu di dicembre. ottima l'idea delle tisane di accompagnamento/conclusione dei piatti. lista vini molto ricca e con bottiglie anche a livelli di prezzi non eccessivi. personale e servizio impeccabili e simpatici.

26/02/2025: Tutto è perfetto qui, nell’ex dimora de “la Bela Rusin”, la moglie morganatica di Re Vittorio Emanuele II. I fratelli Piero e Ugo Alciati continuano la grande tradizione gastronomica del papà Guido riproponendo sempre in grande stile i loro piatti della tradizione. Per noi questa volta il menù da 85€ con un risotto al cardo gobbo che da solo valeva il viaggio. Poi agnello, finanziera, agnolotti da mangiare “a mani nude”, dolci strepitosi. Inutile sottolineare la cordialità e bravura del personale di sala perfetto anche nel consigliare i vini “giusti”.
22/02/2025: Wow wow wow! Tutto eccezionale! Pitti squisiti e molto ricercati ! Abbiamo provato dei buoni vini e scoperto degli nuovi ( ca’ di press) ! Molto consigliato ! Staff molto preparato e gentile! Consigliatissimo ! ☺️

Competence and harmony lead the customer to feel good in a simple place in the heart of Novello, a few steps from Barolo. It's worth the trip! Highly recommended
28/02/2025: Truly fantastic, haute cuisine. Professional and pleasant service and a great view. This may well be one of the top 3 restaurants in the Langhe. Recommended. The village is also a worthwhile visit after dinner. I will be back

05/04/2025: C’è tutto quello che a me piace: un bel locale, con spazio e terrazzo, uno staff simpatico e professionale, uno chef che combina perfettamente la tradizione regionale e la creatività. Il percorso è bellissimo, dall’ amuse bouche fino all’ultima cioccolatina col caffè. C’è tango, e tutto buono. Bravi!

02/03/2025: Had lunch today with my husband in this place found by chance. Excellent menu, good appetizers, taiarin with truffle, good coffee accompanied by a tray of pastries. Attentive service and clean place, (the bathrooms are perfect!!) to try!! We will definitely be back

06/03/2025: Characteristic Piedmontese place, decent food, the menu is not renewed. The only flaw, which I cannot tolerate, is that the receipt is never issued and the only way of payment is cash. But couldn't the GF have a dinner?
