The rustic atmosphere is meticulously maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always available to recommend dishes and wines. Traditional cuisine is made with quality ingredients and features interesting, innovative pairings. The tasting menu is highly recommended, a great way to truly savor the restaurant's offerings. Definitely try the veal with tuna sauce and the ravioli with brown stock.

14/06/2026: After booking months in advance, and at the culmination of a trip to northern Italy with my Belgian girlfriend, we finally had lunch at Centro in Priocca. The atmosphere was sublime, the welcome phenomenal, and we truly felt pampered and at home. The traditional Piedmontese tasting menu left us literally speechless; dishes like the Russian salad or the reinterpretation of bread, butter, and anchovies in the shape of agnolotti del plin were breathtaking. My girlfriend and I had a culinary experience of the highest caliber, and our recommendation is to come to Elide and let yourself be pampered by her cuisine. A huge thank you and applause to the many staff, waiters, waiters, and sommeliers who guided us on this journey, demonstrating incredible professionalism, including having to explain the dishes and wines first in Italian and then in French so that my girlfriend could fully understand the entire process. You were truly phenomenal, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

28/05/2026: A place worth visiting, I'd say. The cuisine is well researched, without the hateful need to surprise, thus never falling into the unrealistic. For a first visit, I recommend the tasting menu (€125); you'll leave with a clear idea of ​​the strong points and the small imperfections. Excellent selection of champagnes. As for the food, I must say I enjoyed quality cured meats and cheeses. Their focaccia was good, but I would have preferred the contrast between the saltiness and the exquisite goat's cheese. A pleasant and relaxing experience ☺️

The food, from the appetizer to the dessert, was equally outstanding. We have rarely experienced such high-quality ingredients and preparation in a typical restaurant. 21/06/2026: We went to the Locanda restaurant thanks to The Fork: if you don't know it, it's in a really quiet place, but off the beaten path, so I would never have found it. The welcome was excellent, and you can tell Lorenzo is passionate about his work. The cuisine is excellent throughout. If you go in the evening, take the time to sip an amaro on the terrace: it will be truly worth it!

21/07/2026: My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant, chosen based on reviews and the menu. The restaurant is very well-maintained and enjoys a splendid view of the Langhe. The interior dining room, though not very large, is furnished in a modern and contemporary style, elegant yet informal, with large windows that enhance the splendid view of the hills. Outside, there is also a large terrace with tables, ideal for enjoying the view in warm weather. The welcome was impeccable: attentive, friendly service, always accompanied by a smile, without ever being intrusive. The cuisine pleasantly surprised us because it breaks away from the classic stereotypes of the Langhe tradition, offering original, well-researched, and beautifully balanced dishes. Of all the dishes, the cold spaghetti deserves a special mention: a dish as unexpected as it is spectacular, fresh, balanced, and perfect for hot summer days. A must-try. Prices are in line with those of the area. We will definitely return, perhaps to experience the atmosphere of the dinner as well. A restaurant we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Spectacular food starting with gambero rosso, moving on to pasta with morels and green asparagus, then over to gnocchi with lobster and more asparagus 🥳😋😋. Awesome wine paring with outstanding wines by the glass. Finishing off with their signature Gianduia. Don't miss a glass of their own bubbly La Coccinella Special Cuveè MarcoAlberto before and after the meal 🥂🥂. Stayed the night at La Luce delle Colline nearby. Also really nice. So much looking forward to next visit. Area is beautiful. Once again, thanks for hosting me.

23/07/2026: My stars are for the atmosphere of the garden and very good tajarin with white truffle. The service is somehow distant. When the bill arrived, I realized that the total is wrong. Rather than fixing the mistake, the waiter first added coffees which were serviced as a treat in order to reach the total. Then deleted coffees from the bill. Unprofessional and weird
