A truly pleasant experience! The atmosphere is extremely refined and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. The dishes were all excellent, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. Excellent service, a meticulously curated setting. The dishes are beautiful and visually original. In my personal opinion, and that of my husband, the flavor of the food is lacking. I couldn't taste the eggplant in the eggplant appetizer, and the gnocchi with peas was tasteless. Even the blueberry dessert tasted faintly of chocolate due to the presence of the pastry, but no blueberries. In my opinion, the taste doesn't quite match the beautiful appearance of the dishes.

We celebrated an intimate wedding in a classy venue. Excellent food, served on time and in the right way. The music was appropriate and pleasant. Good wine. Patience and flexibility were shown to all guests. And it's not the first time. But always a pleasant discovery. See you next time.

What made the evening even more special was that, at the end of the service, the chef personally walked around the tables to greet the guests: a thoughtful gesture I'd only seen in the United States. Needless to say, I've always received a flood of thanks for the right recommendation. It's a constantly evolving restaurant; each new menu brings new details and refined techniques. What never changes is the passion with which the staff conducts their business. You feel pampered from the moment you open the door to the moment it closes behind you. The attention to customer service is astonishing: you'll never find an empty glass, or a crumb of bread at dessert time. Ostu Bistrot isn't just “a place to eat”... it's an experience.
