Absolutely delicious and authentic food. A must stop if in the region. Super friendly and attentive staff. Every dish was on spot. The wine selection even by the glass is excellent. A gem.

There are places where you eat well. And then there are places that leave a lasting impression. My partner and I came with simple expectations: a good dinner. We left with something much rarer—the feeling of being treated like people, not just customers. The cuisine is authentic and carefully prepared, every dish has something positive to say. But what really struck us was something else. During the evening, an inconvenience arose. The way the owner handled it—with thoughtfulness and an unexpected gesture—left us speechless. Almost embarrassed, because today we're not accustomed to such humanity and kindness. In an age where the customer is often a mere number, here you sense that behind it there's someone who truly cares about what they do and whoever comes through their door. That's not learned professionalism—it's character. And that's a rare commodity. We'll be back soon...and no longer alone.

I've known Pane e Vino for quite a few years: i.e., since it was located in the valley (maybe it was still the last century? Oops!) The quality has always been amazing. Flavio and co. are a kind certainty. Tajarin? Braised beef? Raw meat? Everything always delicious!
