Terrazza Tre Castelli In Montaldo bormida

I've read all the reviews but they're a bit minimalist, I'm a former chef at home and when I was still walking I spent most of my time tasting their dishes and their wines, for me Chef Christian deserves 1 Michelin star.

Fantastic, I can't say that something hasn't been up to par, the starters, the fried anchovies, the pasta, the wine, and what can I say about the meat... good, juicy and well cooked. And the treatment and attention are great. A restaurant to go and repeat. Mention the preparation of each of the dishes, and even the presentation.

We ate at a historic restaurant one evening in the center of Ovada and ate well.

All excellent, the Menu is refined, excellent ingredients, I highly recommend the restaurant!

Cibi buoni e nulla da dire, sulla bagna cauda invece mi aspettavo più quantità di verdure ( erano un po’ scarse ), sui primi direi che ci siamo e invece da velocizzare il servizio, anche perché più di 3h per mangiare un antipasto, una bagna cauda e infine uno tagliatella sono troppi …

Ottimo ristorante che meriterebbe almeno 2 stelle Mich ielin e io di stelle me me intendo,io facevo lo chef a domicilio,e ho lavorato come ospite,nella brigata del Ristorante Alpegie a Parigi 3 stelle Michelin e ll'esecutive Chef Alain Passeur mi consegnato ad honorem cause la mia prima e ultima stella Michelin,perché dopo la rapina af Ovada il 12 novembre scorso sono caduto malemente per terra fratturandosi L4 e lussandomi L5,con paralisi totale aggravata delle gambe e dei piedi,vedi referti Pronto Soccorso Ortopedia Ospedale di Novi Ligure,e di Acqui.Firmato Barone Fulvio Bruno Giuseppe Camillo Pagani da Chieti. .
