We were greeted very warmly. Upon arrival, they explained everything to us, and it was appreciated that we were escorted to our room. The lady made sure everything was in working order. Plus, they gave us the option of staying on site and using the various pools until our desired time, even though we checked out at 10:00 AM. Top, I'd say. Thank you so much. Very kind staff, we'll be back.

Very elegant restaurant, the food is really good, the waiters are very kind, very serious but at the same time very down-to-earth, depending on the clientele, the only flaw is that the service is a little slow but it is absolutely worth it.

Everything was wonderful, super welcoming, and they even accept dogs! So, for me, it's top notch. Plus, for those with lactose intolerance or other allergies, they can tailor the menu perfectly. Menu For me, it's a 10 out of 10. A discovery of typical Piedmontese products, an incredible tasting experience of the highest quality.

Wonderful food. The tartare with savory zabaglione cream was the best I've ever tasted. The rabaton was delicate, and the agnolotti were three bold and flavorful stews. The monastery is perched high up, and it's not easy to find the entrance after parking, but once you arrive, the experience begins.

Thanks to this fantastic restaurant and their staff, we had an unforgettable lunch. We ate on the terrace, and the sunny day made for a wonderful day. The welcome and service were impeccable. The culinary journey was excellent! We also tried their desserts, which were out of this world! Sorbet, hazelnut cake, and tiramisu. We ended our meal on a high note! Great treats for our four-legged friend, too!

A pleasant discovery, delicious dishes. Prices are in line with other restaurants, but we were very happy to pay for what we ate. Wide selection of wines. I recommend the tagliatelle with tripe; I would have gladly ordered a second helping. The service was courteous, professional, and very prompt. Highly recommended.

07/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria della Luna, and the experience was truly positive. It's a welcoming and well-maintained village restaurant with a warm and authentic atmosphere. There's also an outdoor terrace (seating about 15), ideal on nice days, while inside there's seating for about 40 in a rustic setting that perfectly reflects the Monferrato style. The menu is varied and well-thought out, ranging from traditional Piedmontese classics, such as Fassona beef tartare and spaghetti alla chitarra, to more modern dishes with vegetarian and vegan options, such as lentil meatballs (main course); a choice that makes the restaurant suitable for everyone. The selection of local wines is also excellent, perfectly in keeping with the region. The selection of craft beers is interesting (I noticed the Birrificio Lambrate logo on the coaster), which adds an extra touch to the offerings. Special praise goes to the staff: courteous, cheerful, and always available. The passion and attention to the customer are clearly perceived, elements that truly make the difference.
06/04/2026: I'm familiar with the location since I'm originally from Vignale. We had lunch with friends on Easter Sunday. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, top-notch wines, quality and courtesy combine with the originality of the place... the classic Vignalese "Canvon." We'll definitely be back. Nadia Corda.

08/07/2026: Very welcoming place. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The typical Piedmontese food was delicious, with a special mention for the braised beef, which melted in your mouth! A pleasant discovery.
