Very nice and quite place, vintage decoration, located in an amazing park, Great pool area. Good breakfast. The food in the restaurant was nicely presented, although the dishes we tested were not Wow.

Very nice hotel not far from the outlet… good breakfast and authentic rooms

We stayed at Villa Pomela Relais, and the first thing that struck us was undoubtedly the location: truly wonderful, surrounded by greenery and meticulously maintained. The property overall is beautiful and has great potential. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite dated and in need of renovation to live up to the setting. The service was the most disappointing aspect. It's a real shame, because the place deserves so much better. During our stay, there was a lot of tension between the maître d' and the waiters, who seemed unmotivated and lacking passion for their work. The maître d', among other things, did his best but was often left alone to handle difficult situations. The cuisine is also an area that could be improved: the dishes didn't convince us, and the aperitif was decidedly disappointing. Overall, it's a property with great potential but requires significant improvements, especially in the service and catering. Despite everything, we'd give it another chance.

This is a truly charming hotel set in the heart of the renowned Gavi wine region. Perched on a hilltop, the former noble villa has been beautifully transformed into a unique and elegant hotel. Surrounded by a beautiful park with a fountain, outdoor swimming pool, and rolling vineyards, the setting feels both peaceful and timeless. I have stayed at Relais Villa Pomela several times, in both summer and winter, and it never fails to impress. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with genuinely friendly and attentive service that makes every stay feel special. The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent Italian cuisine, refined yet authentic, and sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. Another great advantage is the proximity to the Serravalle Designer Outlet, just a five-minute drive away. For guests who prefer not to deal with parking, the hotel conveniently offers a shuttle service to and from the outlet. I can highly recommend this hotel and very much look forward to returning again.

Great spot, just steps from the Serravalle outlet center. Perfect, nothing to complain about. The restaurant was delicious... I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful location, with a retro charm, and pleasant common areas (I really appreciated the billiards!). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. It's a shame we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor areas and restaurant due to a company meeting (though the room was excellent).

This place takes you back to a beautiful, aristocratic past with exquisite classic taste 🎩🎩🎩🎩💯💯💯💯🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦 The restaurant manager was incredibly polite and understanding, and served us dishes that suited our tastes perfectly. Undoubtedly, it's expensive, but it's worth it – fine dining.
