I made a booking for a friend, she arrived at 23:45 , on the 14th April 2023 , and no one at the property was available, no instructions of any kind, the property did not answer the phone, did not answer any message and any email. My friend had to sleep at the station of Milano the entire night. I contacted the service with whom I made the booking and it passed the buck, and made up excuses not to give the refund. Locanda Dell'olmo, shame on you and your staff. I wasn´t able to get any refund.

26/03/2025: Il posto è facile da trovare, si trova molto facilmente il posteggio. Lo staff è accogliente, caloroso soprattutto il proprietario. Il cibo è ottimo ci tornerò sicuramente.

24/03/2025: Perfect for a little getaway; the staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is our second time here and we absolutely love it. The rooms are lovingly decorated with typical Italian charm. The wines and food are delicious. We'd love to come back again.

La cucina è curata, i piatti non sono scontati e hanno tutti un che di particolare che li rende speciali. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

17/03/2025: Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Servizio veloce. Pizza tipo napoletana molto buona. Metto 4 stelle invece di 5 per via della mozzarella. Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo assaggiato 5 pizze: tutti abbiamo trovato che la mozzarella rovinasse la pizza (quelle con fiordilatte o altri formaggi erano buonissime): non so dire se era per via di una mozzarella non di ottima qualità o se era semplicemente troppa. Tra l'altro per un misunderstanding con il personale di sala, che ci ha aperto la bottiglia sbagliato (timorasso), ci hanno omaggiato di quest'ultima! continuate così!

09/10/2024: La cucina è di qualità, gli ingredienti ricercati, gioiello della città da custodire e da scoprire a pranzo e nelle cene a tema. I sapori e gli abbinamenti proposti dal cuoco rimangono impressi nel palato. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è imbattibile. Il servizio è gestito da personale speciale, professionale, attento in ogni occasione, anche con il locale pieno di clienti ciascuno è considerato l'ospite più importante. Consiglio di provare al più presto.

18/03/2025: Excellent winery in Alice, excellent quality wines at honest prices. Trained and helpful staff, possibility of booking tastings with excellent and detailed guided tours. A discovery! In addition to consuming their wines regularly, we gave friends and relatives wines and local products and they were greatly appreciated. Alice Bel Colle is also a beautiful village surrounded by fantastic hills, with a tower from which you can enjoy a priceless 360 degree view. Even just a visit or a trip out of town is worth it to appreciate everything.

05/12/2024: Good things, prepared with care and attention, genuine and tasty. The kindness and friendliness of the baker, always with a smile, and ready to satisfy every request, make the purchase a pleasant moment. The amaretti and canestrelli are excellent, as are the cakes, biscuits, focaccia, pizza, bread. And for a healthy snack I recommend the sweet focaccia with raisins, which has always been the most loved by children
