They are adorable. I think that if I go through there again in the daytime I would sleep at their place this time

The ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce are delicious, fragrant and of the right consistency. 16/08/2024: I can't find the words to convey the idea of ​​the goodness of La Corte degli Oliveri's Pizza. What can you say about a pizza 🍕 with a fragrant, crumbly, crunchy and soft dough at the same time? Of a filling made with quality ingredients and with attention and care? I can only say that it is not my habit to eat two pizzas, but at the Olivieri court the pizza is so digestible, good and light that I always eat two! Luca & Davide put love and maximum effort into their creation, welcoming all guests with kindness and availability, which pairs with their professionalism. I recommend you go to Corte degli Oliveri, for a Pizza experience that is truly rare to find elsewhere. The restaurant is also very nice and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that keeps the summer heat away. Well done guys, keep it up!

27/05/2024: Every time I go back I like it more and more. I'm from the province of Milan and every time I go to Alessandria to visit my brother-in-law, it's a permanent stop!!! Very good with few ingredients, farinata made with chickpea flour, oil, water and very little rosemary. Too bad it closes on June 10 due to intervention by the owner and reopens in September. I highly recommend it, hurry up before it closes!!!!

He didn't even know what they were! The previous time he already had problems describing the ingredients of some cream puffs, answering I don't know... of course if he doesn't know what to serve, it's really embarrassing! Excellent products but I hope to find someone else to serve me. There is no zero because the service deserved 0 stars

Every now and then you find places with owners who convey their attention to raw materials and their transformation.

01/08/2024: It's been a long time since I wrote a review due to the countless ugly things that have been around since the Covid era...here's the Krumireria, it's one of those places that really deserves a stop. The cold zabaglione is a delicacy from times gone by, served with a classic Krumiro, it will make your day pleasant. I also tasted their very tasty coffee from a Sicilian plantation that will envelop your palate after the zabaglione. We also bought their Krumiri after tasting them directly in the store. All strictly made from ancient Italian grains... the staff are up to par with the venue and will make you feel pampered like at home... we had never been there, coming from Baldissero Torinese, but it was a very pleasant surprise and we will certainly return to visit them. ..a big thank you from the heart
