09/06/2025: The trattoria overlooks the main square of Vignale with a view of Palazzo Callori and its garden. There are several seats inside and in the summer you can also eat outside. The wine list is characteristic and looks like a Bible. Young, kind and knowledgeable staff. Good quality food at not cheap prices. Too bad about the chipped plate. A few more ravioli would not be bad.

08/06/2025: Mediocre....typical Piedmontese appetizers decidedly below average, first courses with little character. Everything edible, normal portions, but once you pay the bill....it is not worth it. Too bad, being in a favorable position.

31/05/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch during the week and we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the place and the welcome of Mrs. Cinzia, an extremely kind person who is attentive to every need. As a first course we ordered tagliolini with mushrooms and pasta with black truffle: both dishes were really delicious, with generous portions and well presented. As a second course we had fried mushrooms, crunchy and light, really delicious. We couldn't finish everything and they kindly offered to pack up what was left: a gesture that we really appreciated, also showing attention against food waste. Finally, the desserts: delicious! I absolutely recommend this place, we will definitely be back. Fabulous!

22/05/2025: Il Nuovo Ciarlocco è una di quelle rare gemme che lasciano il segno. Fin dal primo momento si viene accolti con un sorriso autentico e una cordialità che mette subito a proprio agio. Il personale è estremamente attento, disponibile ma mai invadente – un equilibrio impeccabile che rende il servizio davvero eccellente. Ottimo cibo e dettagli decisamente curati. Assolutamente consigliato – per una serata speciale, o semplicemente per riscoprire il piacere di mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa.

17/05/2025: I went 2 times in 2 consecutive Sundays, and I had never been there. One Sunday for the paella and sangria menu and the second for Mother's Day with a dedicated menu. If we wanted we could also choose from the à la carte menu. In addition to the kindness and the sure passion for their work I must say that the food was very good and the quality/price ratio was amazing. We will definitely return for other menus Congratulations

12/05/2025: Lunch with friends, particular location with unusual combinations of memorabilia and racing motorcycle objects with a fireplace and rustic objects, not to mention futuristic paintings and murals. Piedmontese starter a little disappointing in quality, Piedmontese fried food instead excellent also in terms of quality and quantity, exceptional desserts. Medium-high prices. The only flaw was the manager, who, unlike the very kind and helpful waiter, was dry and almost annoyed. The final bill only with the receipt with the total, without the details of the items.

02/06/2025: Excellent sandwiches and convenient delivery service. The only negative is that the opening hours are not clear, on google it has always been open in the afternoon but in reality it is closed and the hours are not updated.
