11/11/2025: A place where you always feel at home, a location with a beautiful view and excellent food, especially since they produce everything themselves. A noteworthy set menu. Also excellent outdoors in the summer.

08/05/2026: Friendliness isn't their strong point; they're full of forced smiles. The place is very beautiful and chic in Casale's "piazza buona," with excellent aperitifs and wines. They've launched into various flavors of krumiri and invented savory ones to attract tourists who don't know the original flavor, but the result is always the same: biscuits, not krumiri. Nothing comes close to the real thing.

27/04/2026: I happened upon it, stopped for lunch, and came away with a box of Krumiri. What do I think? A truly interesting place: elegantly furnished, it doesn't look like a Krumiri shop (and what Krumiri!!!!!) or a bistro. Yet this is so much more: I had the chance to speak with the owner, a friendly man, who said something important, something few understand: "It's better to limit the selection and quantity than to limit the quality of what you offer." It may seem trivial, but it's not! It's the mantra that every business owner, especially in the restaurant industry, should have written on their forehead. And these aren't just words: the culinary selection isn't vast, but the vitello tonnato I treated myself to was something more than exquisite! Not to mention the bread, the homemade focaccia (made in their own workshop...) as well as the Krumiri... truly delicious. For me, an experience to repeat as soon as possible, and for those reading this review, an invitation to try it...

19/11/2025: We were guests at the resort and had a great time. We were there for a dog show so we had our dogs with us. Everything was wonderful: the location and the room. Breakfast was delicious with the lady who welcomed us. The room was clean and the style of the rooms was top notch.

02/05/2026: The location is undoubtedly the restaurant's strong point, offering spacious spaces and a homely welcome, complete with a panoramic view. Special mention goes to the dining room staff: despite the somewhat lengthy wait, their courtesy and kindness made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, some concerns arise regarding the food. The traditional Piedmontese dishes, while beautifully presented, lack the vigor and depth of flavor one would expect in a similar setting. Some execution seemed uncertain, failing to do full justice to the excellence of our region. Considering the overall culinary offering, the final bill appears slightly on the high side: a quality-price ratio that would benefit from greater attention to the substance of the dishes. This is a place with great potential that, with a few tweaks in the kitchen and more dynamic management of time, could certainly better showcase its beautiful setting.

28/04/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by a local. We ordered spinach salad, veal tonnato, gnocchi, risotto, tagliata di manzo, braised beef, tiramisu, and semifreddo. Everything was excellent, and the welcome and service were very warm. There were four of us, and we highly recommend this restaurant.

03/12/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review. I came with friends one evening when the restaurant was almost full, but unfortunately, neither the food nor the service were good. One bad thing after another. We arrived at 8:15 pm, and they brought our appetizers an hour later, all at different times. Half of us had already had our appetizer plates removed, while the others had yet to receive them. The ones that were supposed to be hot were cold. The first courses arrived at 10 pm. The sparkling water was flat; we mentioned it and were told the carbonator wasn't working. The portions were really small, and I personally ordered the mushroom risotto and couldn't finish it because it tasted only of butter. The bagna cauda was burnt. The tagliata was full of sinew, tough, and impossible to cut. The presentation of the dishes was truly subpar, and for the prices it falls short. I'm disappointed because I've heard great things about this place, but unfortunately, nothing was right.

The food, from pizzas to desserts and liqueurs, reflects a passion for their profession and beyond. It exudes a homely atmosphere, a home lived with love and attention to detail. A constant desire to provide customers with well-being, not only on the palate but also emotionally. It's wonderful to know there are still people like this who make us appreciate and love food combined with the beauty of a comfortable and inviting home. 11/03/2026: We arrived at Bar Casale late at night, just as the place was about to close. We were finishing a game of pool, and the bartender, Mattia, who works there, was incredibly kind: instead of sending us away, he waited until we were done, with great availability and courtesy. A simple gesture that speaks volumes about the attention they pay to their customers. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a lot of friendliness. If you're passing through Sant'Ermete, stop by: places like this are truly worth a visit! 🎱🍻

10/05/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner, and even though we had a reservation, they made us wait a bit. We ate very well, the dishes were plentiful, well-presented, and very tasty. The staff was friendly, and the menu was varied and interesting. We ate fish, but I'll definitely be back to try the meat options and the pizza. The place looks nice, but I would update the chairs and tables. Otherwise, I like places that maintain a rustic style.

05/05/2026: It's the restaurant of a sports club. The interior is very nice. Unfortunately, the rainy day prevented me from enjoying the view. A good first and second course with water and coffee for 15 euros. A somewhat hidden spot worth considering for a pleasant break.

01/05/2026: We've always had a great time! The bar is always well stocked, excellent drinks, a delicious aperitif, and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. The restaurant is very good, with excellent food. They have a lovely enclosed outdoor area, perfect for parties both in the winter and summer. The grounds are well-kept, and the prices are fair.
