It's always a pleasant experience at Valli Unite. We had a wonderful lunch (honorable mention for the cabbage, a symphony of well-balanced flavors that elevated this humble vegetable, making it a satisfying, beautiful, and beautifully presented dish). The shop is always well stocked with truly organic products; the beef from their own farm is excellent, as are the flours. The restaurant's ambiance is noteworthy: a beautiful, bright veranda, well-appointed with rustic furniture, which opens onto the patio in the summer.

We were finishing a game of pool, and the bartender, Mattia, who works there, was incredibly kind: instead of sending us away, he waited until we were done, with great availability and courtesy. A simple gesture that speaks volumes about the attention they pay to their customers. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a lot of friendliness. If you're passing through Sant'Ermete, stop by: places like this are truly worth a visit! 🎱🍻
