I enjoyed a delightful lunch at Le Braci in Bozzole, in the province of Alessandria, and it was a truly positive experience from every perspective, made even more enjoyable by Francesca's attentive and professional service. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a few quiet hours. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted kindly and immediately put at ease. Francesca stood out for her friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail: always smiling, present at the right time, and ready to recommend the best dishes with great professionalism. Such attentive service truly helped make the lunch special. The cuisine lived up to expectations: excellent meat, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and of the highest quality. The appetizers and desserts were also excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. All this was accompanied by a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. A truly successful lunch, with good food, a warm welcome, and impeccable service. Le Braci is confirmed as the ideal place for those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine and places where quality and hospitality make the difference.

Everything good, welcoming place

Beautiful, very impressive location. The tableside barbecue concept is a nice touch. The meat quality is excellent, although I would have preferred more variety. The service is a bit disappointing, with the young, dynamic staff providing the service, but they're inexperienced and don't pay much attention to the needs of the diner. We ate well and loved the atmosphere, but I find the prices far too high for what they offer.

Nice environment, food reasonable, but evening ruined by group on other table screaming making conversation impossible. Bring ear protectors. Also fairly expensive.

I went there for lunch with my partner. The place is cozy, with a beautiful central fireplace. It's a shame about the smoke (but they grill a lot, so let's just say I don't make a fuss about it...). We waited a bit at first; the place was pretty crowded, but you could see the staff were doing their best to serve everyone. We each had an appetizer; I had the tartare (stuffed beef)—delicious! Then we moved on to picanha and meat and vegetable skewers. Everything was delicious! The location outside also tempts me to go back... Overall, approved! 👍🏻
