Listening to his stories and enjoying his dishes in front of the fireplace while everything around is lit by candles and sweet background music plays is an experience like no other. 12/03/2025: Dear foodies, don’t be confused with the rating of this restaurant, it’s mostly if not totally about atmosphere, music, candles and fireplace. The food is very basic. Course of 5 dishes - plain cut vegetables for starter, beetroot salsa with brusquettas, potatoe gratin with a comment that in this poor area that what ppl would be eating in old days (seems like these days continue) , boiled thin slice of beef again with potatoes and the simplest desert. But if you like to experience nice romantic place , without much expectations for food, you won’t regret.

01/06/2025: Interesting place, both in terms of decor and culinary offerings. Traditional cuisine, well-studied. Jovial and friendly manager, attentive to local realities and the customer experience, welcomed in a very homely environment. We chose the tasting menu, with 3 appetizers, first course, second course, dessert and coffee, with wine and water included.

11/06/2025: We relied on Paolo for our travel-themed wedding cake and we have no regrets! He managed to implement our ideas even better than we hoped. He made a masterpiece of both beauty and taste. He also added some personal touches that moved us. The travel theme was perfectly represented! All the guests complimented us on the light, fresh and delicious taste. 30/05/2025: Al verschillende keren gegeten. Reserveren noodzakelijk maar niet voor niets. Super restaurant, overheerlijke pizza's, desserts en vriendelijk personeel. Als je in de buurt bent echt een aanrader.

17/05/2025: Conosciamo i titolari dai tempi della Lambretta, trattoria piemontese con cucina tradizionale familiare. Li abbiamo seguiti alla Casetta e li abbiamo visti crescere sia come quantità di clienti, che come qualità della cucina. Ultimamente abbiamo diradato le visite perché la prenotazione a breve era diventata impossibile. Questa sera sabato 17 maggio abbiamo accettato il posto alle 21.30. Già il menù e la lista delle bevande sono stati una sorpresa positiva per quantità e qualità. Piatti con ingredienti tradizionali accostati con gusto e fantasia. Dall'ultima volta c'è stato un Upgrade notevole. Tutto buono, servito correttamente e con simpatia. Complimenti! Poiché non credo che il livello di una struttura possa variare da una settimana all'altra mi chiedo dove abbiano mangiato i signori che parlano di cibo da supermercato, carne "soletta" e camerieri incompetenti.

01/06/2025: 77 years of revelry, I have eaten in the best Italian, French and Spanish restaurants (almost always avoided the starred ones). Sure that I can include this restaurant in the best in terms of quality, service, courtesy etc. among all those I have tried in my past, I am writing this review not because of the enthusiasm of the first time, but after several times in which I have been in the countryside of Cuneo. I can only compliment, even on improvised and off-menu dishes, always perfect, with very fresh ingredients and worthy of seconds, impossible to do for the abundant quantities served. Price adequate (low) for the service and quality eaten. Too bad that my age will not allow me to frequent this restaurant for much longer, it deserves it

18/05/2025: Abbiamo avuto l'onore di conoscere questo ottimo ristorante siciliano , accoglienza ottima i titolari cordiali, gentili, atmosfera rilassante,servizio ottimo con il titolare Giovanni che ti accoglie in modo semplice , persona simpatica e molto piacente, che dire del cibo ottimo preparato con cura dalla moglie complimenti,il pesce freschissimo tutti gli ingredienti amalgamati con cura ,gusti delicati ,profumati, che dire scapho,i dolci ottimi dalla cassata, al cannolo siciliano un esplosione di gusto e sapori, arte e poesia per il palato ci torneremo con immenso piacere.. grazie mille

07/06/2025: I can't comment on the food, because the place was closed. It doesn't open every day, not even in the summer. Check the hours online. The place is nice, but from the amount of tables you might think it can be crowded at times. I went back in June, on a Saturday. The hut was open. Recommended. The soup was excellent. Otherwise, cutting board and polenta.
