16/10/2025: A wonderful experience in this family-friendly setting. We chose the house tasting menu with Sardinian dishes, and it was an explosion of flavors and tastes. The Sardinian suckling pig was fabulous. Being a farm, the cheeses are homemade and absolutely worth trying. I highly recommend this place.

08/10/2025: I don't quite understand the many top reviews. The spaghetti was overcooked, and the ragù (Bolognese) lacked vegetables for me – it tasted more like pulled pork with tomato sauce. The carbonara was also only average. On the plus side, the very friendly nonna and the fantastic view deserve special mention.

We tried the polpo all'algherese with Taggiasca olives and the arrosto di vitello with potatoes and melanzane alla sarda: everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. 31/10/2025: Finally, a real, contemporary #pizzeria! A very beautiful and modern place in the heart of #alba The place offers 6 different types of #dough and therefore 6 different products. From classic #pizza to various pseudo-focaccias, crunchy, crumbly, or soft, etc... We had the pizza regina, which is their version of the #pizzamargherita, and a crunchy one with #prosciuttocrudo and #burrata. Let's start with the #pizza, which is definitely excellent, especially for the truly high-quality ingredients and the excellent cooking. The dough rises beautifully; I found it to be halfway between a Neapolitan and a whole wheat pizza. I liked it, even though classic, well-made pizzas surpass it. Kudos to the croccante, on a much higher level. The dough rises well and is just the right amount of crunch, not too much, but just enough to make it enjoyable. Top ingredients, the #ham is exceptional and made the difference; I'd buy it again. This place also offers various #puff pastry #desserts, as the dough is at the heart of the project. We had a #gianduia #nyroll and a pistachio #saccottino. Incredible nyroll, perfect dough, soft and just the right amount of sweet with a devastating gianduia cream. The #saccottinio rose perfectly, the pistachio cream was good, but two notches below the roll. I would try the #singleportions, they looked amazing. The staff was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated our various needs. If you come to Alba, you can't miss this place! 15/09/2025: Sardinian family-run trattoria. Good and generous dishes. Honest cost. It's just a shame that it's only open for lunch... A tidy and clean place. Kind and friendly staff who quickly made me enjoy excellent dishes. For the quality of the service, the goodness of the food and the generous portions, the price paid is incredibly low. Absolutely recommended
