19/05/2025: Strictly traditional place, impeccable service (set up at the table), unimaginative and rather aseptic cuisine, bland flavors. Nice outdoor pergola for sunny days, very noisy indoor rooms (sound absorbing panels would be useful). Prices too high for the quality of the cuisine, adequate for the great service of the staff.

12/05/2025: It's impossible to describe the deliciousness of everything. Try it and you will understand. In the photo, plin stuffed with cheese and pepper with hazelnut and prawn sauce, radiatori with Bra sausage, asparagine and caramelized cherry tomatoes, veal with two types of tuna sauce and salmon style I don't remember what but that was delicious too. I said praise to everything.

07/05/2025: Nice place with few seats to evidently guarantee a very high quality product and service. 4 flavors of farinata (we tried 2) and spectacular pan pizza. The off-menu seasonal choices are also nice. Not being able to decide which was my favourite, between the pizzas and the farinata I will definitely have to return to be sure of the verdict.

06/06/2025: Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di assaporare un piatto che, nella sua semplicità, rasenta la perfezione: le tagliatelle al sugo di ortiche con burrata. Fin dalla presentazione, il piatto si è rivelato un piccolo gioiello. Il verde intenso e rustico del sugo di ortiche avvolgeva morbidamente le tagliatelle, ruvide al punto giusto da trattenere ogni goccia di condimento. A completare l'opera, una burrata freschissima, adagiata al centro come una perla bianca e cremosa, pronta a fondersi con il calore della pasta. Al primo assaggio, l'esplosione di sapori è stata sorprendente. L'ortica, spesso sottovalutata, ha rivelato un gusto erbaceo, delicato ma persistente. Un sapore autentico, che parla di terra e di tradizioni antiche. La vera magia, però, è scaturita dall'incontro con la burrata. La sua dolcezza lattiginosa e la sua consistenza incredibilmente cremosa hanno smorzato la nota quasi selvatica dell'ortica, creando un equilibrio sublime. Ad ogni forchettata, la stracciatella filante della burrata si mescolava al sugo, dando vita a un condimento avvolgente che ha trasformato un piatto potenzialmente semplice in un'esperienza gourmet. Le tagliatelle, rigorosamente fatte in casa, erano il veicolo perfetto per questa sinfonia di sapori. La loro porosità e la cottura al dente hanno esaltato la consistenza del piatto, rendendo ogni boccone un piacere tattile oltre che gustativo.

19/06/2025: I think one of the best pizzas I've tried in recent years in and around Turin. Crispy and well-cooked dough, excellent ingredients. I was also impressed by the pistachio and coconut cake, really excellent!

03/06/2025: We had to wait a little because it is a very very sought after place but it was worth it because the staff was friendly, the environment was really nice and well-kept and the food was high quality. We had two medium beers, two pizzas and a coffee for about €45 Thanks to the owners for this beautiful moment 🫶

30/03/2025: Excellent restaurant. Even if we are more than 100km from home we will definitely return. The Alba-style raw meat was very good, as was the cured meat starter (however, there were no spring onions in the official photos). The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the tagliatelle are superb. The slow cooked ribs are indescribable. The place was packed, but the service was still attentive and fast. Advised

09/06/2025: Excellent ice cream, VERY sour yogurt according to the lady who works there "it's normal, the yogurts have always been sour" "if we finish barrels of yogurt there's a reason" (of course, the convenient price for the kids in the area) That said, zero courtesy, after having pointed it out and not having had any positive feedback from the lady I told her "no problem please make me pay I'm going" she "of course not", as if I didn't want to do it, not very polite. That said, stop for the ice cream which is excellent, and if you can get served by the boy who is very polite unlike the lady!

19/06/2025: A very authentic experience! The hosts speak only Italian. There's no menu (not even a handwritten one), just whatever's on the table. Simple, home-style cooking at reasonable prices. The food was delicious and enjoyed by both the children and all the adults! For groups, it's best to make reservations in advance; in our case, allergies and similar requirements (no milk/veggies) were also taken into account.

07/04/2025: What a magical moment. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, the bedding is top notch, decorated with great taste by Serena. The breakfast is perfect, fresh products and more than sufficient even if it is not a buffet. What can we say about the restaurant… the cuisine is tasty, explosions of flavors, only fresh, the chef is top notch! The room is also beautifully decorated. Fabio's service is perfect, attentive, discreet. The efforts to explain the dishes in French are so appreciable. The prices are quite reasonable between 34 and 39 for a 3-course meal. The view is breathtaking. I recommend +++
