12/04/2026: Excellent food, served with attention and friendliness

10/04/2026: I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did enjoy the restaurant service. The quality of the ingredients is truly excellent. We started with an appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses, followed by their entree consisting of tongue in salsa verde, the classic Piedmontese veal with tuna sauce, and a Russian sauce all'ancienne, so called because it contained mustard seeds, like the French sauce of the same name: everything was truly excellent. To continue, we had the venison with polenta—soft, fragrant, and juicy—with a truly thick polenta, and a Tapulone (minced horse meat flavored with cabbage), also served with polenta. The large portions didn't allow us to try the desserts, which were otherwise very inviting. A genepy, a gentian, and a coffee rounded out a truly satisfying lunch, also thanks to the excellent table service, very proactive and never intrusive. While out for a stroll in the Ossola Valley for two, we spent €110 on a bottle of Barbera di Sizzano, truly refreshing and with just the right acidity to complement the hearty dishes we chose.

15/02/2026: Not a completely positive experience; the children's area definitely needs to be reconsidered, as it isn't equipped with child-friendly furnishings. The most dangerous elements in the room are iron cabinets with sharp edges and a table with broken tiles, which should definitely be removed before anyone gets hurt. The food served didn't live up to expectations (I ordered a chicken burger), and the quality of the chicken didn't seem to be the best. The sliced ​​meat served, however, was very good, as was the Italian version of Coke. The beer-based desserts were good. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The €3 beer promotion if you download the app is excellent.

09/02/2026: We went to this place on a Saturday night with friends... the food was truly excellent, and despite the large crowd, everything arrived quickly and piping hot, a sign that the kitchen was truly well-organized. The flavors were also excellent, both the sandwiches and the pizza slices we ordered as an "aperitif." On the other hand, the wait staff, who took our order at our table in a very hasty and listless manner, left before we could even finish, leaving us to call another waitress for the rest... on top of that, they completely forgot about our table; in fact, when the food arrived, we didn't have placemats or cutlery. Last but not least, after ordering a coffee, we were forgotten again, and it never arrived... For this reason, we decided to pay directly at the table with the QR code to avoid having to deal with the listless and unprofessional staff. Even though the food was very good, I don't think we'll return in the future. P.S. I would advise the managers to turn up the heating temperature because it was really cold in the room!

28/03/2026: A unique venue located in the center of Turin. Reservations are recommended. Unfortunately, we didn't try the food, but the drinks are good and visually appealing. The staff is friendly.

26/03/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this place, starting with the waitress who served us, who was friendly and professional—in fact, very professional. We tried the various meat options, and I must say, it was much better than many Argentine places. The place is perhaps a little old-fashioned, but still original, but I absolutely recommend you go. Compliments to the staff.

03/05/2026: An ecstatic experience! Impeccable customer service, a classy, ​​elegant venue, but without being overbearing. A balanced menu rooted in Russian tradition, featuring classics like caviar or borscht, as well as seasonally rotating dishes! One thing you can be sure of is that they'll be delicious! As soon as we entered, they immediately gave a bowl of water to our dog, and even though we arrived late due to parking, they were incredibly understanding and welcomed us with extreme courtesy. The meat was of the highest quality, all the dishes were delicious and impeccably cooked, and the wine was carefully recommended and was exceptional. Everything about the restaurant reflected love and professionalism. A fantastic evening.

We looked over the menu and were invited to come to the counter to select the meat for our spiedini. The atmosphere is very casual, but this place offers some very serious steaks! Loved the decor and the service was exceptional.

07/03/2026: An extraordinary experience! We followed the good reviews and reserved a table via WhatsApp what was super easy. But as we came in off-season it wasn’t needed as we had the whole restaurant all for ourselves. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Menu was available printed without pictures or online with pictures. After a quick chat with the chef we decided to go for a princess cut, the salad with like 1.000.000 possibilities to create and potatoes. Getting the meat served was some of a kind and you have to experience it on yourself. One star less it is was somehow weird to go next door into another restaurant which was part of the group to pay. Still a great place!!

10/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place completely by chance on our way back from vacation. The restaurant and staff were charming, the atmosphere was perfect—a blend of artisan butcher and wine cellar—and the food was delicious. It's definitely worth a visit!

29/03/2026: In November 2025 (last photo collage), we enjoyed a wonderful tasting menu for two (+ water + cover charge €98) and were truly delighted, primarily for the quality and deliciousness of the products, but also for the customer service, demonstrated by the kindness and attentiveness of the wait staff. Yesterday, March 28, 2026, we returned to try the new tasting menu, which always proves to be very affordable and optimally structured. To the appetizer of Carpaccio and Diced Tomato, we also added Vitello Tonnato, always incredibly tender and with a truly tuna-like sauce (often elsewhere it tastes like mayonnaise). (Tasting menu + Vitello Tonnato + cover charge + water €115) I'd highlight the cover charge: only €2.50 per person. In addition to various dish substitutions, it includes high-quality olive oil, Maldon salt, a basket of bread and breadsticks that are promptly replaced by the staff before you even run out, and caramel popcorn (incredible) at the end of the meal, as well as incredible customer service! All for the same price as a regular pizzeria. Chef Mattia Ciarmoli is very young and always kind; he has an impeccable selection of meats, always perfectly cut and cooked. The "Germoglio" dessert amazed us the first time, and pampered us the second time! It might be interesting to try it in other flavors besides passion fruit!

This was followed by a truly excellent grilled meat skewer: the quality was superb, perfectly cooked, and the full, juicy flavor was capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. The finale was simply delicious: a typical Tuscan pan-fried apple sauce accompanied by excellent jam. A simple but perfectly executed dessert, it capped off the meal on a warm, traditional note. This place is a true gem just outside Turin, a restaurant that values ​​authenticity and uncompromising quality, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine, rich in tradition, and at a truly fair price—which never hurts. The staff and hospitality are top-notch.
