Now they also offer all-you-can-eat sushi options, offering a wide variety of dishes. Hotspots are guaranteed, and the staff and manager are very friendly. Recommended for a different meal.

09/05/2026: The place is small, but very intimate and welcoming; they also have a covered outdoor terrace. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customer service. I was with my nephew, and we ordered salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri (each consisting of two pieces), salmon hosomaki, tuna hosomaki (each consisting of four pieces), a spicy salmon roll (eight pieces), and spectacular udon noodles with vegetables, shrimp, and smoked tuna flakes, water, and a cover charge for €45. The quality of the fish is remarkable. Furthermore, I booked through TheFork and didn't even have to remember the discount I was entitled to, which is not a given. I will definitely be back. (P.S. The photo of the udon noodles looks small, because when I asked for a portion of udon, the waiter kindly asked if I wanted it already divided into two bowls.) Highly recommended

02/06/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for a while now, and it's definitely become my favorite sushi spot! The quality of the food is always excellent; everything is truly delicious and carefully prepared. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which makes every dinner even more enjoyable. The sake selection is also fantastic and definitely worth trying. Plus, during the summer, the outdoor seating is also available. Kudos to all the staff for the passion and professionalism you put into your work.

12/05/2026: I frequent this delicious Japanese restaurant after a friend recommended it. The place is very clean and tidy. The first thing that matters is that they're Japanese. We thank Ria and Rachele for the impeccable and discreet service, always very attentive. Since I'm allergic to various food treatments, especially fish, I would highly recommend this restaurant for the impeccable quality of the fish. I've never had a problem. The portions are just right, every dish is meticulously prepared. The desserts are a true masterpiece. Excellent wine selection. The appetizers offered while you wait for your order are lovely. They also make their own ice cream; I chose the mango and coconut one, a top flavor! Thanks to the Matzuri staff 🌊🍤🍱🥟🍶🥢

11/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients is remarkable. The menu and off-menu offerings make it difficult to choose, as they are varied and very interesting. The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

24/05/2026: I was looking for a place to eat in the city today. I prefer healthier food, so I intuitively went here. I really liked that you can build your own dish. I had chicken, shrimp, rice, corn, tomatoes, and cucumber. No sauce, but they gave me two soy sauces, so I added them later, and it was delicious. It was absolutely delicious!! I didn't even expect it. One of the most delicious dishes in Italy for me. The tomatoes are sweet, the other vegetables, chicken, shrimp, and rice—10/10. I definitely recommend it. They even give you free water! ❤️

24/05/2026: The best poke in Turin, hands down. I've been going there for years now. They offer a poke and drink deal for 10. If you want to ask for other sauces, they'll give them to you without a problem, and they're always super friendly. Well done, keep it up! I highly recommend it ❤️

The sushi is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, the staff is fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. You can really see that they maintain their quality over the long term, which is not something common nowadays. For us, it is one of the best sushi places in the area. 🍣
