04/05/2025: Torniamo sempre volentieri alle Piemontesine: il luogo è immerso nel verde delle colline dell’alta Langa, la cucina francese è deliziosa, il servizio attento e molto gentile, non si può desiderare di meglio.

26/04/2025: Ristorante eccezionale per posizione, accoglienza, cucina. Ambiente elegante senza affettazione, servizio impeccabile con simpatia. Ottima l'idea dell'aperitivo e del caffè in giardino. Anche al momento del conto una piacevole sorpresa.

24/04/2025: Premetto che non sono andato a pranzo come volevo con mia moglie il giorno di Pasqua in quanto ho mandato una mail per richiedere informazioni sul menù e non mi è stato mai risposto come promesso,in più ho telefonato successivamente e mi hanno detto che ancora non avevano preparato qualcosa per il pranzo di Pasqua.Dulla promessa di essere ricontattato come risposta della mail sono ancora oggi in attesa.zNon discuto della qualità in quanto non ho avuto la possibilità di pranzare e non metto neanche in dubbio le belle recensioni viste,ma sicuramente un po' di attenzione si contatti effettuati tramite il loro dito si.zCordialmente saluti.

04/04/2025: Elegant restaurant with few seats, also open for lunch. Parking 5 minutes from the venue. Friendly staff and attentive to our needs. Lunch for two adults and two children. As a welcome, an aubergine meatball, omelette and peppers. First courses: tagliolini with mushrooms (morels), potato gnocchi with basil sauce and herbs. Second courses: lamb with a side dish of potatoes, asparagus with cheese fondue, sweetbreads. Olive pâté and butter, both to be served on excellent 4/5 types of bread. Vast cart with cheeses. Inviting. Petit patisserie of the house.

We were welcomed with great courtesy and professionalism: the education and kindness of the staff struck us right away, helping to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. We chose the tasting menu, which undoubtedly turned out to be the best choice. Each course was taken care of down to the smallest details, with balanced flavors and an elegant presentation. You can clearly feel the chef's passion and the quality of the raw materials. The service was attentive and discreet, with perfect timing and constant attention to our needs. A lunch that turned into a real moment of gastronomic pleasure. Highly recommended for those who want to have an authentic and refined culinary experience. We will definitely be back!

The server was efficient and friendly (I particularly appreciated his inquiries about our food allergies; it's rare for the staff to think of them themselves). The prices were perfectly reasonable. Honestly, even though I'm quite picky, I loved everything I ate! I highly recommend it.

29/05/2025: I was with a colleague for a lunch break from work, the owner saw us get off the vehicle which was unmistakably for work... nothing to say about the quality of the food offered but paying 20E for a first course, second course with side dish, water, coffee in my very humble opinion is too much.

The veal with tuna sauce, tender as a memory, wrapped in a sauce that whispers tradition. Then the agnolotti del plin, soft treasure chests folded with love, Each bite a whisper from grandma's kitchen. The braised tongue - delicate, deep. And a simple broad bean soup, enhanced by mint, As if spring had slipped into the pan unseen. Finally, a panna cotta that trembled lightly, Veiled with caramel like twilight on the Alps. It wasn't just a dinner - but a hug! Trattoria Carmen, thank you. ❤

10/06/2025: The service and the service is good here. The ravioli was mediocre. I chose the ravioli of the day. Ravioli filled with asparagus in carbonara sauce. It seemed nice to me but unfortunately the ravioli was cold and it seemed not cooked. The taste was bland the sauce was too thick the combination was not right. I have eaten better ravioli. Too bad.
