01/06/2025: Probabilmente abbiamo sbagliato giorno,ma cortesia,qualità e attenzione sono state ben lontane.dalle aspettative...Va bene l attesa di oltre 1 ora...nostra scelta,ma una volta seduti notiamo la lentezza del servizio, ci è stato chiesto se volevamo del pane, ho detto di sì per il bambino,ci sono dati due pezzi,portati con le mani...non cerco eleganza alla grangia ma igiene si!!!!zero attenzioni per la mia richiesta di priorità 'per servire prima il pranzo al bambino,vista l ora e solo per lui...ma mi è stato risposto che le tre polente sarebbero state infornate insieme...perché erano sicuramente le uniche della giornata,no???!non una scusa o un parola per la lentezza del servizio,nulla....e a volte basta davvero poco per tamponare una situazione...ma si sa...conta solo il business e w i grandi numeri!!!!se resti soddisfatto o meno non importa a nessuno.... allora w un semplice un panino nel prato!!!!lo sconsiglio vivamente,per tutto!!!!!!e tenetevi il vostro pessimo servizio e ristorante con i grandi numeri e poca qualità!!!!posto orrendo!!!!!!!

14/06/2025: Truly exceptional little restaurant next to Bollente: every dish is tasty and well-prepared. Incredibly intuitive menu: gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options clearly indicated. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. I went with a friend and we both tasted all the dishes, impressed by the original and well-prepared proposals. We didn't have the chance to try everything! So, we'll be back :) Update, a month later: come back as promised! However, two dinners are not enough to try everything. In my opinion, the top rankings are tagliatelle (gluten-free) with white ragù and "Lo scomposto"! It's a joy to be able to taste dishes of this quality and even more so when you have dietary restrictions.

08/06/2025: During my visit to BALABIÒTT Gastropub I had the opportunity to taste some of the menu's options that impressed me positively. I started with the "Il Salumiere" platter, designed for two people, a selection of excellent quality cured meats. Very abundant even for two people, I appreciated every single taste, truly excellent products. As a main course I chose the "Octopus Special", a truly surprising burger. The octopus tentacles were cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. The ingredients of the sandwich were well-balanced, balanced and carefully combined to enhance each flavor. Accompanied by crispy and tasty dipper potatoes, the dish was very very satisfying; a true gourmet burger. The place is well-kept and welcoming, even if the background music was a little too loud for my taste. The bill was more than fair, especially considering the quality and quantity of the dishes. In particular, the platter has a very competitive price. Bottom line: an excellent experience in every way. Quality, taste and abundance at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Home cooking, family atmosphere, simple and clean, without frills but with great consistency. , Every day on the blackboard there is a selection of appetizers, first and second courses that vary from time to time, a home cooking all of excellent quality.

27/05/2025: We went to this beautiful castle for lunch and had a great experience. We were seated in our own private room, which made the atmosphere feel special and intimate. The service was excellent, the waiters were very presentable, polite, and elegant. I had the ravioli and they were a-ma-zing! Honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had. The castle itself has several different dining rooms, and depending on the size of your group, you might get your own private space too. They also offer rooms to stay overnight, and only guests who stay there can visit the castle interiors. The courtyard is really nice as well. Would definitely return!

16/06/2025: Great food and very friendly and attentive service. Every dish is visually and tastefully exquisite, and the portions are generous. All allergens are clearly indicated, and there are numerous gluten-free dishes. Highly recommended.

14/06/2025: We visited this lovely restaurant as a group of 7, from the UK in June 2025 and The garden setting with the vine covered pergola was really well crafted. Everyone from our group thoroughly enjoyed their main courses and deserts. The lovely attentive lady at the front of house was faultless , no request was ever a problem. I don’t write many reviews but after the quality of the food, compliments to the kitchen staff and of the service we received I felt this independent restaurant truly deserved my time and my review. You will not be disappointed.

01/06/2025: Personally, I didn't enjoy it that much. We spent ~40 per person. The food was... Ok? I think tourist are attracted by the idea of eating local authentic cuisine, and they won't be disappointed. The place is quite popular and they serve you local recipes with local ingredients If you don't drink wine, or if you are vegan / vegetarian, this place may be not your best option

28/05/2025: Una domenica a pranzo ci hanno accolti pur non avendo prenotato in anticipo. Siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi da un “menù fisso” composto da piatti della tradizione piemontese, cucinati a regola d’arte e con ottimi ingredienti del territorio, serviti con professionalità e garbo che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Notevoli gli affettati e le carni, superbi i ravioli. Graditi gli assaggi di dolci come coccola finale. Piacevole il dolcetto di Dogliani sempre di produzione propria. Ritorneremo senz’altro con piacere! Bravi!
