09/06/2026: All the food is spectacular, and the hosts (father and son) are so attentive and friendly that it would be worth going even if it wasn't good. But everything from appetizers to dessert is truly incredible.
06/06/2026: The idea of leaving the highway for lunch was a good one. What a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, service that made us feel like regulars even though we'd never been before, and finally, simple, generous cuisine, perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Add to all that the thoughtful touches at the beginning and end of the meal, and you'll understand our satisfaction. I'll be back.

12/05/2026: A wonderful discovery and a truly impressive presentation of flavors. The highlight was the parmesan risotto served directly from inside a parmesan wheel – it made quite an impression! 😃
02/05/2026: At Da Balin, just steps from the rice fields, Francesca's welcome is a gesture of care: discreet, precise, authentic. The dishes speak of the land with full, honest flavors, deeply rooted in the landscape. The vegetarian menu is limited, but the place possesses a rare grace. Gianni Rodari comes to mind: "Rice grows in water and dreams of the sky." Here, that dream is palpable, amidst the silence and flavor. An experience to be savoured firsthand.

01/05/2026: I discovered this place through friends, but I stopped going there due to a lack of alternatives to the hotpot.
Now they also offer all-you-can-eat sushi options, offering a wide variety of dishes. Hotspots are guaranteed, and the staff and manager are very friendly. Recommended for a different meal.

28/04/2026: A small gem of a restaurant in the center of Vercelli...excellent dishes and top-notch hospitality.
03/04/2026: I had a great time; the atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. I tried the rabbit tuna and the famous panissa. Both were very good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it. The dinner was definitely satisfying. I hope to return soon.

19/05/2026: Excellent food, the kindness in the dining room is that something that immediately puts you at ease, the preparation of dishes, wines and cooking methods that makes the difference, sublime food, the raw fish better than a seafood place, the help with pairing with refined wine, it's worth going!
13/05/2026: I came across this restaurant almost by chance for a business dinner, and the experience was truly excellent. The owner, besides being extremely kind, was very flexible in accommodating our request for an earlier time. The quality of the food and wines was truly fantastic, all in a pleasant and well-kept location. Highly recommended!

17/02/2026: We booked for Carnival, a group of 30 campers... everything was perfect: food, pastries, hospitality, and the utmost attention. Finally, no one left unsatisfied... and that's not easy with so many. We had such a great time that we returned two days later, with a small group of eight, who stayed to see the carnival at night. Kudos to the managers and staff.

07/04/2026: L'Unione, from my father in the '90s to us, thirty-somethings, today. A place that has seen generations pass by and has always been a guarantee of excellent food, experience, and sincerity. The only disappointment the other night was the somewhat meager portions of soup and pasta. The trout and eggplant appetizers were truly delicious... but why on Michelin-starred plates? We missed the rough ceramic bowls, and I don't think fine dining details are necessary. We left happy, of course, but not entirely satisfied.
21/03/2026: If you want some of the best quality Italian food this is definitely a place to go to. Although just a little bit more expensive than other places in resort, It is definitely worth every single penny and still very reasonably priced at around €25 per head (excluding drinks)

07/06/2026: Trattoria Cuore D'oro is a typical country trattoria, serving simple yet tasty dishes, traditional Piedmontese fare crafted with great care. The staff is very friendly, and the service is fast and excellent. The price is excellent for the quality of the food (I recommend the house-made agnolotti with meat sauce).

05/05/2026: When I go I eat there, everything is excellent, from the quality of the pizza to the cleanliness of the place, to the waitresses who are very quick to take the order and quick to serve you the pizza, I highly recommend it.
