07/06/2026: Even as a wine professional, I very rarely open a restaurant review by discussing the wine program — but this place delivered flawless wine service from start to finish. Starting with my pet peeve: no one said “wonderful selection, sir,” as if a sommelier would ever say “lousy selection, sir.” The sommelier was excellent at reading our visual cues, attentive without being intrusive. We had a great table, cantilevered over the water a perfect spot for lunch while watching all the activity on the water. The food was fantastic: well-timed, beautifully executed, and incredibly flavorful. Looking forward to coming back next year.

01/06/2026: I had the pleasure of celebrating my 40th birthday at this venue. Cleliana and the entire staff looked after us impeccably, finding the perfect solution for me, allowing me to celebrate in this wonderful place. I'll be back for dinner to try the menus, but for location and service, we're in the top five in the region.

The service is polite, attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Clearly above many Michelin-starred establishments. Overall, the quality-price ratio is among the best you'll find. Go there.

The food was absolutely delicious – not exactly cheap, but the value for money is perfect. The dishes have a unique touch, making the visit exciting and delightful. 17/07/2026: Couples' dinner on the terrace; overall, we were very pleased with the cuisine and, of course, the location. The variety offered with the surprise menu was excellent, and the addition of a four-wine tasting was equally valuable (with numerous unsolicited but much appreciated refills). Kudos also to the staff and chef for their attentiveness to the guests' needs. Highly recommended.

14/06/2026: After booking months in advance, and at the culmination of a trip to northern Italy with my Belgian girlfriend, we finally had lunch at Centro in Priocca. The atmosphere was sublime, the welcome phenomenal, and we truly felt pampered and at home. The traditional Piedmontese tasting menu left us literally speechless; dishes like the Russian salad or the reinterpretation of bread, butter, and anchovies in the shape of agnolotti del plin were breathtaking. My girlfriend and I had a culinary experience of the highest caliber, and our recommendation is to come to Elide and let yourself be pampered by her cuisine. A huge thank you and applause to the many staff, waiters, waiters, and sommeliers who guided us on this journey, demonstrating incredible professionalism, including having to explain the dishes and wines first in Italian and then in French so that my girlfriend could fully understand the entire process. You were truly phenomenal, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

28/05/2026: A place worth visiting, I'd say. The cuisine is well researched, without the hateful need to surprise, thus never falling into the unrealistic. For a first visit, I recommend the tasting menu (€125); you'll leave with a clear idea of ​​the strong points and the small imperfections. Excellent selection of champagnes. Well done, but above all, the chef.

06/07/2026: The Taverna degli Orsi presents itself as a very intimate and rustic restaurant, with a very welcoming and friendly staff, I'd say excellent. As for the food, I must say I enjoyed quality cured meats and cheeses. Their focaccia was good, but I would have preferred the contrast between the saltiness and the exquisite goat's cheese. A pleasant and relaxing experience ☺️

21/06/2026: We went to the Locanda restaurant thanks to The Fork: if you don't know it, it's in a really quiet place, but off the beaten path, so I would never have found it. The welcome was excellent, and you can tell Lorenzo is passionate about his work. The cuisine is excellent throughout. If you go in the evening, take the time to sip an amaro on the terrace: it will be truly worth it!
