02/03/2026: I booked dinner for my family of eight at Piazza Duomo last year October and was very excited, especially as a frequent diner at Michelin-starred restaurants, including other 3-star establishments. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.
There were highlights: the creative use of local ingredients, thoughtful vegetable-focused dishes, and beautiful presentation. The famous 21, 31, 41, 51 salad was a standout, and the amuse bouche were playful and enjoyable. The beetroot course and cod were well executed, though I did find a small bone in my fish. Desserts, however, were underwhelming.
The bigger issues were operational. A €1,700 minimum beverage spend felt excessive and it was uncomfortable being asked to meet it before ordering food. Service was inconsistent, water not refilled, wrong items served, utensils mismatched. The ambience also felt surprisingly basic, with bright lighting and a stuffy atmosphere that did not reflect a 3-star setting.
Our total bill was €5,300. I do not mind paying for excellence, but the overall experience did not justify the price. I would not travel specifically for this restaurant, though it may be worth trying if you are already in the area.
06/02/2026: Fantastic experience, some dishes are brilliant, as well as technically perfect. Wonderful waitstaff. Rightfully on the podium among the ten three-star restaurants I've visited.

20/01/2026: A top-notch Michelin-starred restaurant. The elegant location is spread across several rooms; in the summer, a pleasant outdoor seating area is also available in the courtyard of the old farmhouse that now houses the restaurant. The staff is highly trained, courteous, and helpful. Tables are well-spaced, allowing for conversation without disturbing others (or being disturbed). Guests can choose from a tasting menu or dine à la carte. All the dishes on the list are worth trying: the freshest ingredients, prepared with flair and professionalism by the chef. The welcome aperitif, amuse bouche, and petit fours offered in addition to the requested courses are also not to be overlooked. Dining here is an experience not to be missed. Prices are commensurate with the quality offered.
24/12/2025: I really appreciated the attention they paid to a person who doesn't eat dairy and who hadn't previously warned me. They created a special menu. The gobbi agnolotti with raspberry beurre blanc and cardoons are a must-try. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is romantic and elegant, perfect for enjoying time together without rushing. The cuisine is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and surprising flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, making you feel truly pampered. The atmosphere is splendid, ideal for both a special evening and a high-end dining experience. A restaurant that deserves it.
29/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this wonderful restaurant...
Let me start by saying that my expectations were very high and they were met in the best possible way.
The service was exceptional, kind and welcoming but never intrusive.
The dishes were prepared with respect for tradition but never banal, with techniques and innovation, research, and a lot of love for the primary ingredients.
I was truly amazed because Chef Alfredo Russo welcomed us to the table and wished us to enjoy the evening and the experience. At the end of the dinner, he came over to thank us and ask how we had enjoyed it... He is an elegant man, just like his restaurant, rigorous like the career he has built, but kind and gracious like his dishes.
In short, an exceptional experience. I thank the restaurant, the team, and the chef for this
magnificent evening.

08/02/2026: I accidentally booked a table at this unfamiliar restaurant, trusting my instincts. I discovered that under the previous owner, the restaurant had a Michelin star. Now run by three young men, it has certainly lost nothing: service, cuisine, presentation, ambiance, and menu are absolutely up to the level of a Michelin star. The prices, however, are not, and are at a normal level. I really appreciated the presentation and description of the dishes I ordered; this only happens in high-end establishments. So, in my opinion, the value for money isn't excellent, but it's amazing.
It will definitely be a point of reference to consider when in the area.

We tried the cod with hazelnut cream: out of this world. The tartare, rabbit, and all the desserts were also remarkable. We'll be back.

07/03/2026: Ristorante Giovanni is one of those places in Turin that you never forget.
You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home.
For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once. Then, they'll easily return.
07/03/2026: Fantastic experience! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Turin. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly professional.
The wine list is extensive and refined, perfect for pairing with the cuisine that is the true star of the evening: a splendid fusion of Piedmontese and Sicilian traditions. The dishes are surprising, meticulously crafted, and the portions are generous, a rare find in restaurants of this caliber.
Compliments to Chef Carmelo, who with passion and meticulous attention to detail transforms every dish into a true culinary experience.

30/12/2025: A huge round of applause to the entire staff, a rare sight in times where everything moves faster than it used to, but the ❤️ is empty.
A corner of paradise where authentic flavors, all freshly cooked with excellent, home-made ingredients, are an added value that sometimes justifies the appropriate and understandable preparation times for certain dishes, in favor of an excellent result, all washed down with quality wines.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere, on every occasion, even by friends who came from out of the region.
Highly recommended to those who appreciate an authentic experience that marries slow food; after all, at least at the table and in company, you can find yourself carving out a couple of hours of peace.
Excellent balance between quality and value.
Don't hesitate to try it! I'm sure you'll be back!

20/02/2026: I chose the dinner experience at Villa Crespi as a birthday gift for my wife, and we were thrilled. The Mettici l'Anima menu was exceptional, introducing us to new flavors and pairing perfectly with the sommelier's wine tasting. The staff was incredibly kind and pampered us throughout the evening. Along with the dinner, I also wanted to gift an overnight stay at the villa, which turned out to be extremely pleasant, with countless treatments and attentions. The body ritual in the wellness area was a wonderful addition, especially for the olfactory pairing of the essences with the massage. The staff is very attentive and available to accommodate every need.
Overall, an experience definitely worth repeating!
18/02/2026: I tried the restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience: the quality was top-notch, and the dishes were pure magic. The highly qualified staff pampers you with warmth and a deep knowledge of the dishes and wines.
I've tried many Michelin-starred restaurants (one to three stars) around the world (both in the US and Europe). This is absolutely the best I've had so far.

09/01/2026: We stumbled upon Osteria 46 based on the reviews during a trip to the seaside. Excellent cuisine and generous portions. The tagliolini with black truffle and homemade gnocchi were delicious, and the braised beef melted in your mouth. Among the desserts (all homemade), I recommend the Tarte Tatine with local apples (so they explained to us) and the classic bonet, true to Piedmontese tradition. All this is complemented by the professionalism and kindness of the wait staff—well done, well done, well done. A stop is highly recommended. (Cheers from Ro and Luca :)
09/01/2026: 10 out of 10! We were looking for a special place and it was a total success. The restaurant is decorated with impeccable taste. You can tell they've paid a lot of attention to the aesthetics; you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in.
As for the food, the Vitello Tonnato and the Ravioli del Plin were incredible, truly authentic Piedmontese flavor. 🇮🇹
But the real showstopper was the octopus with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy and the octopus was cooked to perfection. It was, by far, the dish of the night.
