05/04/2026: I've been to Guinness Time, and overall the experience was good, although there were a few things that could be improved. I had a burger (mega cheddar and mega cheese with bacon) and I have to say the meat was good, well-cooked, and flavorful. The bacon was also well-made, perfectly crispy. The only thing that disappointed me was the bread on the buns, which didn't seem up to par with the rest: a bit bland and less refined than the filling. The service, however, was very positive: friendly, helpful, and smiling staff put you at ease and made the experience more enjoyable. The bathroom was clean, but I have to say the presence of a squat toilet surprised me a bit: personally, it's a feature I haven't seen in years (let's say the '90s) and it's not exactly the best in terms of comfort. The real issue is the price, which I found a bit high for what you get (in our case, about €43 for two). It's not exaggerated, but considering some details that could be improved, one would expect something more or a slightly lower bill.

09/04/2026: Excellent experience as always. I've been going to this restaurant for several years now and I can say it's excellent. Regarding the food, the ingredients are top-quality, whether it's the meat, fried foods, or sandwiches, and the wait times are incredibly short; once I've ordered, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my appetizer or between courses. They often offer special limited-edition sandwiches, like the latest One Piece sandwiches ahead of the release of the second season of the series. The extensive menu offers something for every palate and need, including those for the little ones, as they have an excellent children's menu. The staff is always very kind, friendly, helpful, and cordial. The space is very spacious and offers plenty of seating. Unfortunately, however, if I had to find a flaw, it's the fact that, although the app and the official website offer the option to reserve a table by phone, this isn't actually the case. Once I called, I was told it wasn't possible, which meant I had to go to the restaurant and wait in line for a table, which sometimes only takes a couple of minutes, other times much longer, and I personally find it very inconvenient. Being inside the Le Gru shopping center and also close to a side entrance, there's always plenty of parking. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to spend an evening with their partner, friends, or family, as the atmosphere is informal, in perfect Western style, pleasant, and relaxing.

07/04/2026: On Tuesday, March 31st, we came in for lunch. After being seated, we waited a fruitless 15 minutes to place our order. Despite the bustle of waiters, there were very few customers; no one bothered to come over to take our order. At that point, we decided to leave, and only then did they ask us "why?" But obviously, we were annoyed and left anyway.

15/04/2026: Yesterday, unfortunately, we ate badly. Everything was cold. I kindly asked the waitress to at least have the hot chips, which she brought back to me hot.

The staff was very kind and helpful. A great place to eat and spend a quiet evening, whether as a couple or with friends. The IPA beer was also excellent. I'll definitely be back and I recommend you go.

15/12/2025: Dear friends of Mexican food in Italy, we were here with a group of 14 and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. It was my first time here, but certainly not my last. There's a large, impressive bar in the entrance area. They have delicious cocktails, and the food is also very good. If you're in a group, I recommend sharing different appetizers so you can try and enjoy a variety of dishes. For my main course, I had the Mole Negro with chocolate. Absolutely delicious! The ambiance is authentically Mexican shabby chic. CONCLUSION: Definitely worth a visit, even if it's just for a cocktail.
