21/05/2025: Cortesia e simpatia sono le caratteristiche di questo ristorante, forse un po' "scomodo" come location, ma che vale il viaggio. Padrona di casa disponibile ed accogliente, seppur ci si sia presentati in ritardo. Abbiamo scelto gli antipasti misti della casa, quindi alcune portate differenti fra cui da segnalare, per bontà, la faraona, i plin burro e salvia ed anche il coniglio. Chiusura con sorbetto alla mela con calvados e torta pere e cioccolato. Prezzo assolutamente competitivo.

17/05/2025: A confirmation after years: quality, taste and hospitality! 🔝 I returned to La Farcia after a few years, and I confirm everything I remembered: the food here is really good! I stopped by around 3 pm and, despite the time, I was welcomed with great kindness. The two girls at the counter were super helpful and recommended a simply exceptional sandwich 🥪: fresh ingredients, well balanced, not too big or too small, really tasty. I accompanied it all with a glass of Nebbiolo 🍷: sandwich + wine for €14. Of course, there are cheaper places, but here you pay for quality, and with pleasure. Compliments to the staff! I will definitely return, perhaps for the aperitif that I saw advertised 🥂

05/06/2025: On the advice of our host and after some positive reviews we went to eat at Pan Pist. At first we had some doubts because of the location and because there were no other people to be seen but the man was super super friendly. He gave us the explanation in Italian and if necessary with the help of Google Translate. The food was really super super delicious! Too bad there were so few people because the service and the food were great!

12/05/2025: Sunday evening family dinner. Second time in the restaurant, precisely because of the excellent impression I had the previous time! Intimate and refined environment. A la carte menu with a choice of meat and fish. Excellent and plentiful first courses. The 30 egg yolk tagliolini with Bra sausage is highly recommended. The mixed starter was served on a single plate, but it could have been enough for a weekend dinner! Fast and competent service. Excellent choice of wines. Adequate price.

05/06/2025: Dopo una visita alle cantine contratto, ci siamo fermati a pranzo in questo locale. Non male devo dire, piatti della tradizione piemontese anche se non completamente soddisfacenti rispetto ad altri ristoranti della zona. Servizio gentile ma estremamente lento. In ogni caso non mi sento di sconsigliarlo, comunque abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto.

30/05/2025: Questo locale ampio e moderno in centro a Canelli offre sia piatti molto tradizionali (ravioli del plin ai 3 arrosti) sia piatti più inventivi basati comunque sugli ingredienti del territorio (ottimi i tajarin burro e acciuga con granella di nocciole, e la spuma di zabaione con caramello, sale nero e crumble di nocciole). Molto onesti i prezzi. Nota di merito ai ravioli del plin fritti serviti come amuse bouche: sfiziosissimi!

23/06/2025: What a surprise this restaurant was. An extremely warm and pleasant welcome, expert advice, and fast service. We left feeling amazed and satisfied. It's incredible to find such a place here. We're coming from the Golf de Marga.

08/06/2025: Since we had our dog with us we stayed outside. Umbrellas for protection (I suggest putting bigger ones to better protect the customer) well cooked food and excellent raw materials Price in line and fair. Specialized in grilled meats but also good first courses. Abundant appetizer.
