23/06/2024: Ristorante eccellente piatti ottimi abbondanti di alto livello. Il personale quasi tutto a conduzione familiare, affabilissimo. Il servizio eccellente da 5 stelle. Il piatto a 6 portate giustifica il prezzo medio alto. Siamo rimasti a dormire e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti anche della accoglienza delle camere e della sontuosa colazione

23/06/2024: Everything excellent, period structure renovated in an excellent manner, spacious rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. The 4 stars are due to the fact that I personally don't appreciate the fact that users can only access the structure during the day for the swimming pool and spa, this certainly leads to greater crowding than the guests of the 12 rooms available, furthermore it also allows access to " groups of friends/that's a bit too noisy. This remains a personal limitation of mine, otherwise I absolutely recommend this place, certainly the price is not affordable for most people. I would add an excellent continental breakfast in the morning, assorted with various products, all of excellent quality.

01/04/2024: Really a nice gem. Large and spacious rooms, super attentive and always kind and smiling staff, excellent restaurant. Beautiful view along the entire hotel. Excellent spa, large spaces and equipped with every service. 100% pet-friendly. We will definitely be back.

22/06/2024: Totally recommended. Very tasty Piedmontese cuisine at fair prices. The boss is incredibly nice and loves children. We would go there again at any time. Grazie mille per una serata bellissima!

18/07/2024: The hotel is very nicely developed and furnished. But there is more to a good hotel than the room. Villa Prato failed there. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I informed the hotel via the contact form on the homepage that we were following a vegan and vegetarian diet, in relation to a reservation for Friday evening and breakfast. When I hadn't heard anything a few days before arrival, I asked and was told that you hadn't heard from me and that unfortunately you were fully booked for Friday and Saturday evenings. Breakfast is not a problem. We were given a list of restaurants in surrounding villages. Upon arrival, reception was given short shrift. There was almost no information. When we later wanted to go to the pool, we had to fill out a form before entering, which could have been done upon arrival. We had to ask for everything. Vegan was a problem at breakfast. There was a vegan croissant and soy milk, but that was it. Neither margarine, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts were available. At my urgent request, the kitchen made pancakes the next day. For me, the vegan option doesn't mean that I can eat bread with jam and fruit in a fancy hotel. While the other guests order omelettes and have meat and cheese platters available. That's just cheeky. On the day of departure we had reserved a table for lunch. When we checked out at 11:00 a.m. in the morning, we wanted to leave our suitcases and spend the day at the pool. However, the lady at the reception told us that we had to leave. Because you would have sold the spots at the pool to day guests. ATTENTION: The outdoor pool applies to the hotel's indoor spa area and may be used by hotel guests from check-in 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. - check-out 11:00 a.m. (6 a.m.). External day guests are allowed in from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. (9 a.m.). Something is completely wrong here. Thanks to our table reservation, we were allowed to stay at the outdoor pool until lunch. After lunch we were asked to leave the hotel. We have never been treated so badly in any hotel in the world. We are disappointed with our stay and we have to deliver more for the money. There is a lot of room for improvement in service, the staff is not sufficiently trained. We cannot recommend the hotel. There is no hospitality.

17/06/2024: Random selection and direct hit, you can't say it better. We had a wonderful evening today with an excellent meal in a very attractive atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed and treated to an exceptionally good meal. An address that we can 100% recommend. Everything was really right, the quality, the quantity, which was more than plentiful, the look, the taste, we'll definitely be back 😍

17/06/2024: We had an absolutely fantastic evening at this restaurant. The welcome was excellent, the owner made wonderful suggestions for us to discover a bit of all the specialties of the region. We finished in style with an exquisite Fiorentina. We enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. Thank you for this beautiful evening!

15/07/2024: Un personnel aux petits soins. Une carte maîtrisée avec des mets savoureux. Les prix sont plus que raisonnables, que ce soit pour les plats ou les boissons. Seule remarque : les plats sont copieux. Mais comme ils sont délicieux, on fait un effort.

Very attentive service, at times too much... The only flaw: long waiting times (about an hour for the first course), but on a Saturday it can be ok...
