The staff and the elderly owner were so kind! I love gnocchi, so I ordered it as soon as I saw it on the menu, and they told me it was homemade! After tasting it, I can tell it really is homemade!! The chewy texture of the potatoes was amazing!! (The menu states that the seating charge and bread price are included, so they don't charge extra!) It was really good 👍😊

A welcoming and quiet restaurant on Isola Bella, away from the tourist bustle. Fresh, well-prepared seafood dishes, a family atmosphere, and friendly service. Perfect for a relaxed lunch to recharge after visiting the stunning Borromeo Gardens.

We bought some souvenir upon arriving the little island and the owner of the souvenir shop recommended to eat here I seriously regret it listening to him 😢This is a Tourist-only place , no one was sitting indoor or outdoor just four of us. The hostess was really warm and friendly however after we revived our appetizer main course and the pasta, the presentation, the portion and the taste proved us a completely failure choice. Everything is made in rush. The lake fish is extremely dry and bland decided is below average and the ravioli is tiny. We felt nearly half full at the left in disappointment , if you're very hungry and seek authentic homemade Italian food don't come here. However, if you are looking for a sunlight garden just to rest your leg and don't mind paying for some supermarket warm-up food totally fine.
