12/03/2026: A place that's hard to beat. Everything was top-notch, from the food to the service, to the bill. We arrived late, the only ones we met, yet we were greeted in the best possible way. The only thing I can say about the food is that it has nothing to envy of some Michelin-starred restaurants. The attention to detail, the preparation of raw materials, and the "off-menu" options make it a truly unique place.

10/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance a few weeks ago for a short vacation. We stopped for lunch and then dinner the next day. Kudos to Giorgia for her hospitality and professionalism, and the young chef is incredibly talented, presenting well-crafted dishes with quality ingredients. We weren't able to stay the following night because the property was already full. But the owner directed us to another excellent option. It's nice to see that even in small businesses, there's still collaboration between the establishments and producers. Last but not least, both the manager and Giorgia recommended places to visit and producers to try. Thank you.

05/04/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room with a beautiful jacuzzi was lovely, the food was excellent, and Ivo provided a warm and attentive welcome. Special mention goes to the restaurant, where we were served by Giorgia and enjoyed Chef Elena's excellent menu. See you soon!

The ambience is perfectly calibrated: lighting, acoustics, and spacing all create a calm, focused atmosphere with zero noise or distraction. The cuisine operates at a true fine-dining level. Precise combinations, clean flavors, and confident execution in every dish. You can feel a clear culinary identity behind the menu. Service is equally strong: attentive, professional, and perfectly paced without being intrusive. The team reads the table well and anticipates needs. This place clearly deserves a Michelin star. A benchmark for what a modern restaurant should be.

06/03/2026: Some excellent ice cream! Worth the praises. The cone itself was quite tasty too. The raspberry was indeed great, but so were the other tastes we tried. Has a distinct style with nice textures and balanced flavours.

09/05/2026: We ate as a family at this restaurant, carefully chosen because we are gluten, lactose, and tomato intolerant. They welcomed us warmly and delighted us with the best traditional Turin dishes, such as veal with tuna sauce (and its divine sauce), Piedmontese beef tartare with PGI hazelnut mayonnaise, gluten-free plin filled with meat, cardoons as vegetables, and finally a sliced ​​Piedmontese beef steak. I must say that a 10 out of 10 is the minimum, not only for the excellent quality and deliciousness of the dishes, but also for the friendliness of the staff, their kindness, and their ability to make us feel truly at home. Truly congratulations! We will definitely return and recommend this fantastic restaurant to family, friends, and acquaintances!

27/10/2025: La Camendra, nestled in the tranquility of the Piedmont hills, offers an unforgettable culinary experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the restaurant somewhat minimalist, but with a view of the surrounding vineyards. The dishes, carefully crafted down to the smallest detail, combine tradition and innovation with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable and warm, with a staff always attentive and smiling. Prices are in line with excellence.

22/10/2025: Good, kind, and hospitable. Refined yet simple and complete dishes. We opted for the traditional €65 fixed menu. It was worth every penny. The charcoal-baked plin pasta was truly fantastic. The wine list offers a wide selection and the cellar is very scenic. If you're passing through Canelli, it's definitely worth a stop.

16/03/2026: Raw pizza, soaked in oil....embarrassing...but people will like it this way...it remains a mystery how they work so hard...the staff and owners are kind and polite...but the worst pizza I've ever had.

26/04/2026: Let me start by saying that I'm Neapolitan, so I know a thing or two about pizza. I've been in the province of Cuneo for three years, and every now and then I enjoy looking for pizzerias, since I could eat tons of them. I've had a few good ones, but yesterday there was something extra. A nice and welcoming place with a bit of Naples and Naples in between (they say you can take a Neapolitan out of Naples, but never Naples out of a Neapolitan, and it's absolutely true), which is absolutely right. Nello is welcoming and very friendly, as is his staff. I'll start with a Montanara. My goodness, from the first bite I feel like I'm in Naples (I highly recommend trying it). Delicious and light pizza, dough that melts in your mouth, and topped with quality ingredients. But the amazing thing was the smells of everything being served, which you can actually smell from a few meters down the street before arriving. The lady at the table next to mine was served a plate of seafood spaghetti, which I ate with my eyes but will definitely be eating for real soon. The prices are very fair, so I recommend everyone to go. In summary, an extraordinary experience, a corner of Naples and its flavors up north.

13/03/2026: Unfortunately, we ate an ice cream that was nothing short of awful. The cream was incredibly sweet, almost inedible, the fior di latte tasted like sweet powders, and the stracciatella was no better. In short, a complete disappointment. The workers were all very kind and polite. One final consideration: €3.50 for a microscopic cone seemed way too much.

25/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. It's been about three years since I've been back to this restaurant, and this year, together with friends, we decided to have Christmas lunch in this beautiful and romantic place. We were all delighted with the excellent quality and quantity of the dishes offered: from the venison pâté, the first of four appetizers, to the excellent agnolotti, and the truly unique and perfect Piedmontese "fritto misto" (mixed fried fish). You can wander around, but you won't find it like they serve it here anywhere else... even the desserts were a triumph. The staff was extremely kind, and we were served perfectly by the very kind Maria. Well done everyone, though, and a special thanks to Signora Fiorentina for her attentive service. Thank you.

11/03/2026: The quality of the ingredients is remarkable. The menu and off-menu offerings make it difficult to choose, as they are varied and very interesting. The service and friendliness are all on a level difficult to find in other establishments (with the same culinary offerings) in Biella. Furthermore, the atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. The food is truly excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful.
