While exploring the town and its surrounding hamlets, we stopped in this place early in the afternoon. According to the reviews, it needs no introduction. Therefore, we can only describe it as very charming and quaint, with a spacious outdoor terrace, secure parking, and friendly, smiling staff, as helpful as the owner herself. The atmosphere is both simple and friendly, making it easy to chat. Kudos to the owner's wife for a cocoa cake with the authentic flavor of days gone by.

On cold winter days, a wood-burning fireplace adds to the atmosphere. They often offer themed evenings based on the seasonal food offerings. Arrive in the main square of Mezzenile, step out of the car, climb three steps, and you'll be greeted with courtesy and quality. I discovered this restaurant, located in the square near the Church of San Martino Vescovo, while descending from a motorcycle tour to Colle della Diete (1,400 meters above sea level). The restaurant is small and very welcoming, with a beautiful exposed brick vault. They serve well-executed traditional Piedmontese dishes, including an excellent fritto misto. The owners are very friendly; I'll be back with my family.

Looking for a restaurant for a Sunday family lunch, we found this place, and it was a real revelation. Small but well-kept, clean, and above all, with surprising and delicious dishes. Beautiful to look at, but equally delicious to eat. Next stop: fritto misto!

A pleasant discovery. We had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday with a tasting menu featuring wild herbs. The dishes were tasty, carefully prepared, and refined. We had a Piedmontese-style fritto misto, which was very good! I'd like to see a mix of savory and sweet fried foods, instead of having everything savory first and then everything sweet. The place is small and quite noisy, but the service is impeccable.

Excellent cuisine and friendly staff

Went to eat today for the first time. Piedmontese mixed fried food, 10 out of 10. Very light and very varied. I've never eaten like this anywhere else. The owners (family-run) are incredibly kind. Welcoming atmosphere, seating is limited, but it makes a difference...you really do get treated well...I highly recommend it. I give it a 10 because I can't rate it higher, but it's worth a thousand. 👏👏👏😋😋😋😍

I've never eaten such a delicious and refined fritto misto. So much variety in meat and vegetables. And what can I say about the dessert...a real gem. Everything was served professionally, with careful explanations of each course. The trio of appetizers that preceded the fritto misto were delicious. The place was very cute and welcoming. The staff were very kind and professional. A homey atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. What can I say...I gave it five stars, but if I could, I would have given it ten, well deserved. I highly recommend it for the fritto misto, but also for the other typical dishes that were listed below. We'll be back again.

First time for lunch at this charming restaurant, with an intimate, family atmosphere. We dedicated the day to the fritto misto, which was truly AMAZING, the best I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back to try their other specialties. Highly recommended.
