02/06/2025: A corner of authentic France! 🇫🇷 We went to this restaurant serving typical French cuisine and the experience was truly pleasant. The galettes were excellent: well cooked, thin but substantial and richly stuffed with quality ingredients. The sweet crêpes won us over: delicate and delicious and even the tarta ten was super good, a little too sweet! We accompanied everything with cider served in traditional ceramic cups, an authentic touch that brought us back to Brittany. The soupe à l’oignon was also good, perhaps slightly too dense compared to the more soupy one found in France, but still tasty and comforting. Overall, everything was very good, warm and welcoming atmosphere. A perfect place for those who want to taste a bit of France without taking a plane!

09/06/2025: I have known this restaurant for 2 years and every time I go I am always surprised by the quality of the cuisine and the very pleasant environment, dishes that always please the eye and also the palate with the right and contrasting combinations! Unfortunately I am honest I did not take photos of either the welcome or the amuse bouche, but I can say that they were really good, the only flaw on the panzanellina with Burrata and basil oil I would have preferred to feel a little more acidity because the Burrata covered it a bit. The tomato tarallo was perhaps a little hard but in the context you could taste the tomato flavor well. Nothing to replicate in the rabbit in porchetta with pea hummus simply fabulous as well as the gnocchi perfect combination that made your taste buds dance!!!!!! Good spaghetti perhaps I would have dared with some lemon zest or even something that gave a summer scent. Duck breast maybe a little tough but in the context very well executed The only flaw I can say about the service is that they brought me a different menu from the other diner, he took the pork belly very well executed and delicious. Moving on to the dessert I was very amazed. In conclusion always a point of reference and a place where you can find innovation but at the same time dishes that satisfy the palate Thanks for everything and compliments we will be back soon

04/05/2025: Torniamo sempre volentieri alle Piemontesine: il luogo è immerso nel verde delle colline dell’alta Langa, la cucina francese è deliziosa, il servizio attento e molto gentile, non si può desiderare di meglio.

26/04/2025: Ristorante eccezionale per posizione, accoglienza, cucina. Ambiente elegante senza affettazione, servizio impeccabile con simpatia. Ottima l'idea dell'aperitivo e del caffè in giardino. Anche al momento del conto una piacevole sorpresa.

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.

01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)

12/06/2025: Simple place, close to the departure point for going to the ski slopes, I was there in the summer, the food is good, it's clean, the sweet crepes are fantastic!!!!!!

21/04/2025: Uno splendido pranzo di Pasquetta. Menù degustazione vegetariano, ben pensato ed eseguito. Bellissima location sulle colline del monferrato. Sicuramente consigliato e da ritornarci!

17/06/2025: The experience of tonight has been bad. We were a table of 14 people. We arrived between 20:00h to 20:30h. The restaurant was half empty at that moment. Until past 21:10h they didn't come for the ordrers. We ordered few starters (cold dishes) that arrived around 21:30h. At 22:10h, the main dishes were not yet at the table when, in the meanwhile, other tables that arrived at the same hour had finished, gone, and the next clients sitting and being attended on that tables. Others that arrived later than us, on the desserts. The worst part comes when I went to the waiter (the girl with the piercing in the nose) and politely asked how long would it take for the dishes. Her face was like she didn't understanding me, so I replied we arrived more than 2 hours ago and we are waiting for the main dishes. Serously, her: "You have been brought the starters". You have to wait. -Yes, but 1 hour after we ordered. - You have to wait. - But now it's been 2 hours we arrived... - (from behind the screen, without looking at me): You have to wait. - I am just trying to say in a positive way that we are waiting. - The restaurant is full, you have to wait. - Do not take it as a personal offense, I just wanted to let you know that we are waiting... Then, she stopped attending our table. The other girl forgot my desert -which is not a problem, this can happen, but when you have been treated in a disgusting way before and you already do not feel confortable the experience gets worse easily-. Finally, the price was 43€ per person -expensove for what it was-. We ordered 3-4 shared starters, wine (not a speficic one) and one dish and desert per person. The food was nice. If I pay this amunt of money, I expect more than nice food. Some of our col·legues had to leave the dinner before we finished because it became late. We left the restaurant later than 23:30h, being the last table of the restaurant. And we did it just after the last deserts were eaten. Finally, my italian colleague asked the waiter about the situation. And I perfectly could understand the justification she gave to her: "the pasta needs time" and "it was a language misunderstanding". Honestly, you don't need an English proficiency level to understand a behavior, a voice tone, a non verbal language... a polite person. Bad experience.

19/06/2025: Long weekend in Turin. We decide to have breakfast in this bar not far from the center. Good choice! Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent cappuccinos and even the brioches were appreciated. Normal price. Frequented by local customers. From a window I could also see savory options that looked delicious. Well done!
