28/06/2025: Locale gradevole, personale molto garbato . Abbiamo pranzato alla carta e sono letteralmente impazzita per la tempura di pescatrice. In genere i piatti assaggiati sono stati tutti di nostro gradimento perché finalmente uno chef che ricerca il gusto nella semplicità. Un complimento speciale a Mattia il caposala. Torneremo sicuramente

08/07/2025: I decided to come here because I could get there in one bus from the bus stop near my house! It's located on the outskirts of Milan, so it was nice and peaceful☺️ I wonder if the food is home-grown? The vegetables were really delicious✨

07/07/2025: A very pleasant discovery! Along the Naviglio Pavese is Erba Brusca, a "hidden" gem. The restaurant offers a weekly fixed menu, to ensure that the raw materials are always fresh and seasonal. The menu includes 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert. You can choose different types of combinations of these dishes, but also off-menu à la carte. I was there at the beginning of July and I ate: - Tomato and watermelon gazpacho, fish sauce, basil oil: I loved it, a combination of flavors, very balanced, truly exquisite. Probably one of the best dishes of the evening. - Variation of Chioggia turnips, Stella Diceсса salted ricotta, caraway seeds and fennel: not bad, perhaps too much turnip, I would have preferred a more important salty touch from the salted ricotta. - Spaghetti 'nduja and peppers, black cabbage and walnut pesto, breadcrumbs, lemon: very good, for those who love strong and decisive flavors. An explosion on the palate. - Risotto with robiola, chamomile, honey, salted lemons and smoked paprika: delicate, sweet, with notes of chamomile and paprika that did not spoil but accompanied. Another balanced bolta ad hoc. - Panna cotta, melon granita, caramel: I did not like the melon granita very much, but it is a personal taste. I simply loved the rest, the panna cotta and caramel mix was spectacular. Offered by the house an appetizer consisting of a focaccia, ricotta and olive paté and finally, before the dessert, strawberries from their garden. In general, I loved everything. Even the bread was delicious, it is served with the service along with natural water. The dishes, contrary to what you might think, are abundant. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, you can book both in different verandas, internal room and garden. I can't wait to come back!

22/08/2025: I attended Parterre TV as an audience member on three occasions: twice on Striscia la Notizia and once on Le Iene, one of the last episodes hosted by Nadia Toffa before the tragic event. They were wonderful experiences because they allow you to discover the behind-the-scenes of television programs. The Mediaset center in Cologno Monzese is enormous and evocative. The experience at Striscia la Notizia was truly moving: both times the hosts were Ficarra and Picone. The first time I attended was during a live broadcast, the second during the recording of an episode that would air that evening. Before entering the studios, there's a fairly long wait outside and security checks similar to those at an airport. During the wait, you might encounter a celebrity: for example, we saw Elodie, there for a recording, and a well-known sports journalist. The entertainer welcomed us outside and then escorted us inside. Before entering the studio, a visit to the Striscia la Notizia Museum is mandatory. It houses screens with old episodes, a display case containing complaints received by the program, gadgets, and items from historic reports. A true account of the show's thirty-plus years. Afterward, you enter the studio and take your seats: you watch the rehearsals with the showgirls, then the hosts arrive, stopping to take photos with the audience, and the episode begins. If it's live, everything starts at 8:30 PM; if it's recorded, it starts around 7:00 PM. After the recording, you leave the building. My experience at Le Iene was different: I participated in one of the last episodes with Nadia Toffa, who unfortunately was already ill and appeared weakened. The recording took place on Sunday afternoon and was broadcast that same evening on Italia 1. In the studio, you could only watch the live recordings; the reports were not shown. It was a bit monotonous because between segments, the hosts (that day, Nadia Toffa, Filippo Roma, and Matteo Viviani) would retreat with the writers to prepare the next segments. The seats were comfortable (back then, there were still armchairs). At the end of the recording, Filippo Roma and Matteo Viviani were very willing to stop to take photos with the audience; Nadia, on the other hand, understandably wasn't feeling well and waved at us from afar. ♥️ In both experiences, I noticed that the studio assistants treated the audience a bit coldly (the animators, however, were much warmer). Photography or video is not allowed during filming, and applause is indicated: therefore, applause is not spontaneous, but guided. There is no bar service, only a few vending machines for snacks and drinks. In any case, these are experiences worth trying at least once: they allow you to understand what goes on behind the scenes of TV, and the thrill of entering the studio of your favorite show is always unique.

16/07/2025: I'm back after years to eat pizza 🍕🍕🍕 we're talking about 20 years later... I'd say the service was excellent... the staff was smiling and that already says a lot... I honestly remembered the pizza being much better, more delicious. And also richer in ingredients... anyway, the crunchiness is there. Oh, so very poor in both tomato sauce and mozzarella....... And also vegetables..... Thank goodness those were fresh vegetables....
